We have had the same experience just found out through this that after 2 failed delivery’s of fridge freezer that this is a SCAM company, raising it by bank although don’t think we will get money back so looks like £1000 down the drain. How are they able to continue to scam like this

No email contact.
After alerting Action Fraud I notice that AH is closing his company down. I wonder where Amid Harman from Afghanistan will pop up next ?

Unfortunately did not research this company sufficiently before ordering a tv from them. The on-site reviews seemed fine but after finding that my order was still ‘processing’ after 4 days I dug a bit deeper and discovered that I am one of many in the same position.
You cannot get through on their phone line and I am expecting the email anytime informing me of my order being delivered elsewhere. Have been in touch with my credit card company but as yet no attempt has been made to take payment.
WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON GOOGLE ETC?

I too was fooled by the convincing website and feel stupid. If something is too good to be true then it probably is! Same tale to tell as others. No way of contacting them and then the 'delivery' to a fake address/free toaster etc
They need to be prosecuted.

Ordered a fridge freezer, unfortunately had to cancel due to the size. A refund was agreed but over 4 weeks later nothing was refunded. This was chased, no answers when called, slow response to any emails and not answering my questions. Unsure if a dodgy company?

Exactly the same experience as everyone that has posted. Absolutely gutted, I paid by debit card does anyone know if I have any chance of getting my money back?

SCAM. I ordered a tumble dryer, got the same excuse as everyone else on here, been taken to wrong address. This company looked so legit. Feel such an idiot.
Oh well we live and learn.

I fell for the same trap as everyone else by the looks of it. I paid on debit card, but quickly raised a fraud complaint with Barclays. They replaced my card (if so that sharprish id I were you, this guy sets up regular payments with your details), and REFUNDED MY MONEY!!! Amazing. Don’t let them get away with it,

I ordered some cameras because it was cheap and nothing arrived and I got an email like everyone else that it was sent to the wrong address by mistake and I will be compensated aqua that Visa will refund my money
Please post in as many places as possible so people don't fall into the trap

Scam. On delivery date got an email saying my order was delivered to an address in Bedford (full details given) who refused to accept it. They are sending a toaster worth £44.99 instead and offered a cash back refund of £44.99. I ordered a Nintendo switch and paid £163.17. Chaining back on my credit card and reported to Trading Standards. A dormant company trading out of a business suite address, not a shop at all.

Why has the company name on the site changed again? It now says 'Appliances Connections'. These reviews are about H&A Appliances who are repeatedly scamming people.

If the owner has control of this page, he is changing the company name to perhaps make people think the poor reviews are about a different company. Trustpilot please, take control of this page, and rename the page accordingly. It is H&A Appliances.

Also, please be aware the owner has filed asking for the company to be struck off the companies hosue register.

Be careful incase this company reappears under another name.

This company needs to be reported to Trading Standards & police, yesterday I got an email stating I’m sorry to inform you that your parcel was delivered to a wrong address & replacing with a toaster, how can a toaster compromise a price of a PS5 & my bank will investigate this because they need shutting down, plus they ignored all emails about from emailing me yesterday afternoon & twice asking them questions

Plus what is more baffling?, on the official website all reviews are positive, find it very strange?, plus the reviews of PS5 are all positive (21), that’s why I brought 1, but I’ve never experienced nothing like this before which I had a similar issue on Onbuy.com, £377.16 for the PS5 compared to his replacement toaster @ £44.99 how does that compare a replacement but I am more the wiser & not being fooled by this, apparently this Friday commencing is when it’ll be sent but I’m not fooling for this because they stated in this email 📧 Friday afternoon it’ll be sent Saturday & delivered Friday before 17:00 🕓 but am more the wiser!

So because of this & like another review I read this morning, my card was blocked & a replacement sent out, I urge some1 to report this to the police ASAP & trading standards such I read a review about that, in future I’ll be buying from Currys or Argos etc

Plus my bank 🏦 advisor informed me last Wednesday that the payment is an overseas payment which they are not based in Manchester, they are based in Madrid in Spain 🇪🇸 & I am also a vulnerable customer & I really hope that this person (s) are caught because I do feel for these other customers

And just to help the previous customer out, the reason why you can’t log 🪵 into the site when it says the site is unavailable because it’s most probably been shut down as I attempted twice to go into the site via frequently visited & numbers & writing came up saying Error

THE PHOTO IS FAKE and has been digitally altered from WESTEND DJ in LONDON, look at the first photo on Google Maps for "Westend DJ (DJ Equipment), 970 N Circular Rd., London NW2 7JR"

I ordered a TV on haappliances.com during Black Friday and the order was not processed for a week. I got an email when the order was processed to say that it had been delivered to the wrong address and that I would be getting a toaster as well in a revised order, and that I had the option to apply for a refund (which I already had done, after reading reviews here) or to go ahead with the TV + toaster order. I'm pretty sure if I proceeded with this "deal" I would only receive the toaster without the TV, and somehow be charged for the toaster.

This isn't just bad service or incompetence. It is a scam website where they repeatedly claim to have sent the order to the wrong address and offer a low price item as some form of compensation for inconvenience.

I'm not sure how this website is allowed to exist. The site should be taken down and the business not allowed to continue trading.

I opposed the DS01 with evidence and Companies House have responded:

"We acknowledge receipt of your objection to the striking off /dissolution of the above company. In view of the information and evidence supplied we can confirm we’ve stopped this action until the 21st June 2023."

So annoyed with myself for not looking at reviews before buying as I normally do. Bought in a rush to get a black friday deal so stupid.......luckily bought on Credit card so have been refunded by them and they are investigating

I ordered a tv on Black Friday. Was given a delivery for 2nd December for delivery and installation. No TV arrived. Then had email to say it had been delivered to a wrong address. Was offered a free toaster and £50 as compensation. The email was suspicious, why did the invoice have my address but delivery address was completely different. I looked online and saw that it was a scam company. Currently raising a dispute with my credit card company.

Same again, wish I had read reviews. Notice of wrong address and no reply to refund. Bank was fab, gave me my money back, and I reported to Fraud police. Grrr should be locked up.
