Total scam company, action fraud involved, avoid

absolutely discusting scam. They said they delivered my order on wrong address twice now i can see im not the only one who did that mistake and now im in touch with my bank and i think we should go to police and that man should sit in jail.

Anybody who has used this company contact your bank asap as I have had my money back

Update - the company has applied to be struck off and dissolved at Companies House. Still trying to get money back through Monzo dispute process. Update is marked 1 Dec 2022 but form was signed by Hamid Arman on 18 October 2022.

My order was delivered to the wrong address - TWICE.
I was promised a refund, and I have still not received it, despite being promised that I would.

I have sent about 12 emails asking for a response to my queries and I am still awaiting a reply AND my refund.

My personal experience is DO NOT USE THEM! There customer service is totally unacceptable.

This is a scam website. You place the order and then they repeated claim the delivery has gone to a different address. If you want your money back you have to put your card details on their form! I just claimed through the bank which is far quicker and safer.

I ordered a cooker 3 weeks ago but they did not deliver it. They took my money from my credit card.

This isn't a review, this is a Head's Up and APB! I've been done on a fridge by H&A that didn't arrive today, but the email with the "we shipped to the wrong place (free toaster)" did. H&A (e.g. Hamid Arman...possibly) filed a DS01 (Application to Strike Off the Company from the Register i.e. wind up the company) to Companies House on 1/12/22 (five days ago). If you were scammed like me, you can object to the DS01 as a scammed creditor by going to the GOVernment website in the UK and then to object-to-a-limited-company-being-struck-off (they won't allow me to use links, sorry). It's simple!

There is a chance he can personally be held responsible for this FRAUD if there are enough objections, and I'm seeing 310 reviews here.
If you want a chance to fight back, DO IT!

Sat in like a fool expecting my fridge delivery. Then as it appeared to be late, I had an uneasy feeling and checked Trust Pilot. Complete scam and sure enough the second email dropped offering me a toaster like others have mentioned!

SCAM! Feel like an absolute idiot for not checking reviews but like many, i rushed the purchase as thought i was getting a great Black Friday deal. Same story as everyone else, attempted delivery which was refused and scheduled another delivery date. Stupidly i used my debit card, phoned the bank ( Bank of Scotland) and cancelled the card. They have advised me i need to wait 15 days before they investigate it to allow the company to respond to my emails and i am not guaranteed a refund. Absolute joke!

I purchased 2 PS5's as Christmas presents, one for my friend for her hubby and one for mine, and the delivery date was Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd December. On Thursday evening I received an email saying they had tried to deliver to an address in Bedford (full address given) but it was refused as it was the incorrect address. However the email HAD my address on it so how they got the addresses confused did concern me at furst. It also said I can have a toaster or £44.99 cashback for the error and it will now be delivered by Thursday 8th at around 5pm. Then on Friday evening i received exactly the same email about the second PS that this had also been delivered to the same address in Bedford and was refused. The differences in emails was the order number and delivery time the rest was identical. I tried to click the link to cancel both orders and it took me to a "not found" page. I have emailed to cancel the orders and get refunds and its likely I shall get nothing back!! I have called my bank today and logged it that I have been scammed after seeing all of these reviews. I can guarantee I will not be receiving the goods. I feel completely stupid and i'm over £700 down. Fuming isnt the word I would use. How people can be so cruel is beyond me. Lloyds said to call Saturday after my "Delivery" slot Thursday/Friday, and if i dont have the goods they will get a dispute raised and get me a refund which i am pleased about so its not all lost, just got to wait around to get the money back. Avoid this company at all costs. I have now ordered from the Playstation website so I know they will actually arrive this time :(

Sounds like we've had almost an identical experience to many others on here.... Rushed a purchase to secure Black Friday discount, and got an email offering a free toaster as they tried to deliver our tumble dryer to Bedford where it was rejected!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM H&A appliances, as they are scamming people. Please do not spend your hard earned cash on purchasing anything from this company. They should not be allowed to advertise on any website.
I needed a new fridge freezer urgently as my old fridge/freezer had broken down on me. Found one that I liked on the H&A Website and placed the order for £856, as they advertised that it was in stock. The website was extremely well put together. Waited for the delivery which never came, and then received the email that seems to be the same email as everyone else is receiving, saying that it was delivered to the incorrect address.... Well you know the rest of the story, as so many people have been scammed by this company, which also appears to have changed their name a couple of times at least. Why can't any authority stop them from continuing to take money from us?

Like so many others, the great deal I thought I had has vanished completely. 2 failed deliveries for a non existent microwave. Lesson learnt and Credit card company informed. Avoid.

Unfortunately when I made my purchase of An Epson Perfection V600 Photoscanner for £225.00 on 23rd November this year from H&A APPLIANCES. I used Mozilla firefox & this warning didn't come up. Our delivery date on 1 December was missed. Just like to say we're in our 80s and I am so very careful.

The website looked extremely professional, I also saw all the reviews and was quite happy it was kosher! Stupid person that I am! Received an email confirmation and a delivery date. Did not receive the goods on the scheduled date but Later that evening I received another email apologising it had gone to a wrong address in BEDFORD MK postcode and the householder had refused it. They even supplied the full postal address where it had supposedly gone. My postcode is PO!! Anyway in the email they apologised & said as a form of apology they would either send a toaster or I could choose a to have a partial refund. They gave me a new delivery date of 8.12.22.

Chose the partial refund! However, received no replies to my messages, been trying for 5 days now. Also phoned on their registered phone number and all I keep getting is an American voicemail. Again, I searched and searched for more info and came across a phone number for the Business Park they are on. It was the lady at this business park who told me it was a fraudulent company and she had had contact with loads of people who have made the mistake of spending money with them. She herself had reported them to FraudAction but they said they couldn't do anything about it because she had not personally lost any money with them.

Must admit after this I made one last call to the phone number linked with H&A appliances and took the opportunity to give a good vent!!! I was extremely rude!!! and I did feel a little better. Sadly our money went out of our credit card and is now in a dispute, but they've told me that H&A can dispute the refund and I must look out for an email from our credit card company as there is a time limit in which to respond - if we miss the email the money is removed and given to HAMID ARMAN gets to keep our money. Sadly for us this is not over yet - please wish me luck as I really feel I need it so I don't miss the email. Believe me I will be looking several times a day every day for 45 days which is the time HAMID ARMAN has to dispute our refund! I also noticed he has changed the name of the company to INITIAL SERVICES SAME BUSINESS CENTRE DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER. HE HAS APPLIED TO DISSOLVE H&A APPLIANCES ON 1/12/22 BUT STILL TRADING

I ordered a Mircowave from this wesbite and was given delivery date for 1st December 2022. I was then sent an email saying it has been delivered to a wrong address and will be given a free toaster. This company is a total scam and I regret ordering from this website. I have reported this to Action Fraud and to the Bank and I hope the Owner of this company gets prosecuted.
