Update to first comment . I have reported this company to companies House . Gov . He's wanting to be struck off and the good news is that everyone has lost money will be able to be refunded because the company will be liable and go into debt most likely . But anyhow it's gone past that now , it's a serious fraud investigation. Time to get this sucker behind bars were he belongs . Robbed thousands of people before Xmas. Pure vile repulsive scum bag .

Another one who's been scammed. Ordered a ps5 on black Friday for a deal that sounded too good to be true. Expected it today, tried contacting them, to my dismay the phone line is dead. So it is, I feel like a numpty. Save yourselves from being one too and avoid. Hopefully I'll get my refund from bank but it's criminal to have sites like these, the owner needs to be sent down.

Thankfully their site is down, should have been nuked a long time ago.

Lesson learnt, if in doubt leave it out.

Ordered as normal, paid and was sent confirmation email, have been trying to check progress of my order to then find im unable to get on the website, decided to look up company......found im not the only person to have fallen for this scammer!!

Thankfully, doesn't look like funds have been taking and not pending, however have cancelled my card anyway.

Why is this person still able to do this!

Brought heat pump tumble dryer was meant to be delivered today at 5pm nothing came tried calling the number no answer called my bank my bank is saying I have to wait 30days

Yeah, looks like a scam. Spunked £400 on a tumble dryer with these crims. Wish I'd read some reviews but we were desperate. Hopefully someone behind this will get prosecuted. I won't hold my breath.

Reviwed this SCAM company a couple of days ago. The website now appears to have disappeared.... 'too many redirects'
I haven't received any emails although it's a week after ordering. I also don't seem to have any money taken from my card....looks like they're running scared.....

Placed my order on 17th November
I was told my fridge freezer was delivered to the wrong address so delivery was rescheduled. The second delivery was also sent to the wrong address.
Tried to contact via chat, phone, email but no response. At this point I should have known I was being messed around
The third delivery today never turned up, i've had no email and then I found these reviews. The company have also changed their name AGAIN this week to "Appliances Connection" and their previous site and links have been shutdown.
How the hell do people sleep at night knowing they're stealing from families who have literally NOTHING 3 weeks before Christmas? Absolute scum of the Earth.

I got suspicious even after them saying they tried to deliver the first to Yorkshire it's a long way out from where we are, the 2nd time failed another attempt to deliver to Bedfordshire failed the third supposed delivery attempt is supposed to be today which surprise surprise hasn't turned up! They've so far tried to deliver our washer/dryer to Yorkshire & Bedfordshire, we live in Kent! I tried continuously to get in contact with someone not only does their phoneline not work but neither does the live chat. They've taken our money and quite a lot of other peoples money by the looks and are going to have themselves a nice comfortable Christmas!! Disgusting that they can do this to people in need of these items. The links they've sent don't work and the webpage no longer exists.. Please ensure to buy from reputable companies and don't be fooled by too good to be true deals. I don't know if we'll ever recover our money but I'm trying my best to as we're in desperate need of a new washer/dryer since ours is leaking all over the kitchen floor!

Total scam, logged with my bank. Found out they had linked a recurring payment.. check with your bank!! Avoid at all cost!!

My situation is much the same as the reviews belo. I ordered a TV and paid in full. On 29/11/22 I had an email saying it had gone to the wrong address but I would get a free re delivery on 6/12/22 and a free toaster! 6/11 today and Still no TV. The website has disappeared and the contact number is no longer in service.
Thank goodness I ordered on my credit card. I’m now in the process of claiming a refund through my bank which I really don’t have the time to mess around with. Absolutely disgraceful.

Same rubbish with goods being sent to the wrong address… free toaster…. These scammers tried to take another full payment on my credit card - They may get the details from the refund application! Fortunately I had cancelled my card. Reported to Action Fraud.
The company was dissolved 18th October 2022 - SHOULD NOT BE TRADING!!!

Single mum here ordered my girls a tv each for Christmas and now no delivery or response what do I do

A TV was ordered on Black Friday weekend. The payment card first refused a few times before approving the purchase. It did not arrive yesterday as scheduled. When I attempted to log in, the website was unavailable. Today, I also received an email informing me that my order had been sent to the incorrect address. As per what I was advised, I am currently reporting to my credit card dispute team.

Total scam!!!! H&A appliances have taken our money and not delivered the goods. Exactly the same as everyone else - emailed to be told delivery was going to incorrect address and that they will re deliver the next week. As a goodwill gesture they were sending a £44.99 refund or toaster. I’ve reported to my bank account. I cannot believe that people would be so cruel

I've ordered 2 lots of ps5 ,same thing as you all wrong address and they said I have my delivery today, my sister ordered it through her credit card will she be able to have the full refund back,
