I preordered, it was supposed to be sent out on the 8th of December since then I’ve been given 4 different dates that it was supposed to be sent out. Now they’ve messed up once again and it won’t be sent out until Monday and can’t be confirmed for definite that it’ll come in time for Christmas. This cost me €109.40 and now it’s too late to order something else. It’s crazy how a company can make so many mistakes on the same order.

Ordered the Victoria dress looks unreal and very good quality, however there were two delays with the order.

After a nightmare with InPost and me freaking out that the dress wouldn’t come in time for my daughter’s birthday, Chelsea made sure another one got sent out with a day to spare. Thank you so much for all your help you’re amazing.

Awful experience ways to order for pre-order I was told one dates then another and then I was ignored for over a week it finally arrived and their sizing is nothing like advertised also with no stretch I mean UK 8 this would maybe fit somebody a UK size two now have to pay to return myself after all the messabout and no reply from them

Purchased the gorgeous Victoria dress on 3rd December. It stated on pre order 8th December. It was delivered so fast on the 6th. So pleased. The quality is another league. I've always gone to Gypsabella for that something different that stands out and amazing quality x

I've ordered several items from Gybsabella the past couple of years and the fit and quality is second to none, even when I had an issue with an item I contacted the girls and it was sorted ASAP the only downside is I need every item in every colour 🤣 cant wait to see what 2026 has in store for these girls who work around the clock to produce amazing pieces 😊

Customer service is non existent here its impossible to get any help once you have placed an order i will never shop here again, no reply to instagram messages no reply to whatapp messages no reply to emails, buyers beware

I'm really not happy at all as I ordered with Gypsabella official on Thursday 04th of December . I spent £95 on 2 items which I was needing for Saturday night the 6th of December and I paid for next day delivery. All ive had is a email from DPD telling me that they have my order but no parcel yet its nearly 1 week late and its also only my very first order ive placed with yourselves . Can you please sort my order and my delivery out ASAP please thank you very much.
