Returned my order 4 weeks ago and my refund hasn’t been processed. It is showing as delivered on Royal Mail tracking.
Emailed wanderdoll for the past 2 weeks on numerous occasions with absolutely no response. It seems that they have no customer service team or am I just being ignored?
From reading the 1 star reviews on here it’s clear that I’m not the only one…
My bank will now be dealing with this on my behalf unfortunately. Very disappointing - I would expect this sort of thing from more low- budget retailers - I don’t know how Wanderdoll are selling clothes for the prices that they do with such bad customer service.
Safe to say I will never purchase from Wanderdoll again and would advise others not to either.

Guys, I have never experienced anything like this!!!
I ordered a dress in size S, tried it on once, and sent it back properly with the seal still on because I ordered it again in size M. The return already cost me €15.
Then Wanderdoll did not accept my return. They said the dress was stained, but the pictures they sent are clearly not of the dress I returned!
And now it gets even worse: I had to pay €45 in customs and €15 in handling fees because Wanderdoll shipped it without paying customs. So I had to pay €60 just to get my own return back – even though I did nothing wrong!
With the €15 I already paid for sending it back to England, I have now lost €75.
And on top of that, I now have to pay for two dresses, each €130 – that’s €260!
So in total, I lost €335. I am a student, and I think this is really unfair.
Never again!!!!!!!!

So disappointed. Spent over £100 on one outfit bought on the 30th March which I was due to wear to a wedding and I’ve had no communication whatsoever from the company. I contacted the Instagram to be told “find our email on the website” - no help, filled in the enquiry help form last week - no reply, have now emailed twice in the last week - no reply, contacted the Facebook page to be told “email us and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours” - clearly untrue and again no help.
Having to now contact my bank as I’ve paid money for something which I’ve not received and had no contact or help from the company whatsoever. Seems no urgency to want to help their customers.
Even more frustrating when I can see them actively replying to reviews on here
Such a disappointing experience and definitely would not recommend with the lack of communication and willingness to help.
(When ordered this was not advertised as a pre order as they are claiming, I also have not received one email from them)

After ordering quite a large amount of clothes for my baby shower, I ran into some issues with the return process. I reached out to customer service and Olivia got back to me—she was friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. She resolved my issue within a day. Highly recommend ❤️

I bought the primrose maxi skirt and mini dress to wear for a wedding in Mexico and absolutely adore it! I can’t wait to wear it! Great quality, fits like a glove and soooo unique! Also bonus I can wear the mini dress when the party starts and it’s not too short! Will defintiley be buying from wander doll again! Thanks so much x

Ordering went great, but the return is catastrophic I have been running after it for months to get a return label, unfortunately I will never be ignored again. On the website I always get that it is a technical error. As I said, if you want to order something and send it back, you should rather not do it

I am updating my review following my experience with Wanderdoll.
I purchased an item online and returned it within the required 14-day period as it did not fit. The item was delivered back to the company on 29 January.
Despite this, I was initially refused a refund and told I would only receive store credit due to it being a sale item. After challenging this, I was then offered a refund as a “goodwill gesture” on the condition that I remove my review.
A refund in this situation is a legal entitlement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, not a favour.
Following this, the company backtracked and then reverted again to stating that a credit note is a valid form of refund, which is incorrect for online purchases. They also sent screenshots of Terms & Conditions that were not visible on their website at the time of my purchase, which is extremely concerning.
The overall handling of this situation has involved misleading information, inconsistent responses, and an attempt to make a legal refund conditional on removing honest feedback. Communication was also slow throughout.
While I am still pursuing the refund I am legally entitled to, I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they are aware of their rights when purchasing.
I had a great experience with customer service at Wanderdoll thanks to Gary. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful while assisting me with my parcel return. He made the whole process quick and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice to deal with someone who goes the extra mile to help—thank you again, Gary, for your excellent service!
