I do think there could be a lot more improvement in communication and delivery though but overall I really like this company I hope they bring some absolute bangers out for summer

I had a very disappointing experience with Gypsabella. Despite paying for nearly 30 BGN shipping, my order never arrived and I waited almost two months with no proper updates.

The tracking information was confusing and at one point showed the package going back to the UK. Communication was slow, and initially I received no replies. Eventually my order was cancelled by the seller due to their internal shipping/IOSS issues, and I was refunded only for the item price — not the shipping cost.

This level of service was unacceptable, especially after paying for delivery that never happened. I would not recommend ordering if you expect reliable delivery and clear communication.

Absolutely love the top I purchased from Gypsabella, it is stunning! The only delivery option was next day which is quite expensive, so an alternative option would be good but great that I got it so quickly.

The lace trousers are beautifully made and so sparkly. I’m 5ft 5inch and they are a really good length for heels, not too long. Fabric quality is great too.

Clothing is stunning and fantastic material and sizing.

Paid for next day delivery as I was leaving for a new year getaway. Wasn’t delivered on time. Requested a refund for the paid next day delivery to be told to contact dpd! My contract isn’t with dpd and they have ignored me! Poor customer service and clearly don’t know how to run a business when they don’t even know the basics.

I ordered the heather playsuit, gorgeous piece giving Ralph and Russo dress I’ve been searching for a dupe for years - my issue - I ordered 16/18 as o have a larger chest. Doesn’t zip all the way but not the biggest issue. It’s more to do with the weird sizing. I have a short torso and wide hips but the line at the middle where the shorts are sewn on is really low, could just be my anatomy though. My biggest issue with the sizing is the arms like they’re really wide for some reason and loose. It just doesn’t match the pictures imo. I’m still happy with it but yeah, not very size inclusive :)
