I had been having really bad shoulder and neck pain for quite a while. I had spent a lot of time and expense with physio and tried almost every type of pillow with no success. I had read about Groove Pillow and thought it might just be another pillow that promised a lot but failed to deliver. However, after using the pillow even for just a few days, the improvement was astonishing. My long term neck pain disappeared, I can honestly say it has eliminated a painful condition I thought I might never resolve. Definitely 5 Stars from me

Great product, good communication and quick delivery. The pillow was that good my mother in law lay on it for minutes and wanted one.

I already own 4 of the original pillows. So when I had a chance to try this new pillow I jumped at the chance. I love that it’s adjustable and have bought 2 more to give to my son and his girlfriend, because they love the pillows as much as we do. I searched for many many years to find the perfect pillow and groove pillows are it. Would never use a different one.

I'm young, fit and healthy, but for many years I've suffered from neck pain and stiffness when waking up in the morning.

I've tried different types of pillows in the past but a friend recommended I try the Groove pillow, and it's literally been a game-changer! I normally sleep on my side, and my head feels well supported and comfortable in one of the three grooves.

So much comfier than my Tempur pillow, and a fraction of the cost! It took a bit of getting used to, especially the side sleeping but overall it's much better than any of my other pillows!

I have to say I’ve been bombarded with ads for ergonomic pillows (not all from groove!) since buying these pillows, but I would urge folks to check the reviews on here before buying as most of them are scams, unlike this business!

Brilliant product that really helps relieve pain and makes sleeping more restful. Spend time adjusting the fillings until you find a level that works for you.

This pillow has helped the pain in my neck and arm so much. I am on my second pillow from groove so I have been using the pillows for a few years with great results. They are very good quality and keep there shape.

This company is misleading in how it operates. They promise a 100% money back guarantee but it is with conditions. They don't have Excellent reviews if you check this site but claim they do on their website. They promise to resolve your issue but they don't - please avoid them and don't trust the sales pitch.

I've found the Groove pillow to be very comfortable to sleep on. Each day my neck and lower back improve and after approximately 2 weeks of using it I now have very little pain. It's reasonably priced in comparison with some other neck pillows. I would definitely recommend it.

Stopped a week old headache. Such a relief. Will be using this every night until it wears out. Then hopefully will get a new one.

Best pillow I have ever used, it’s not too firm but supports the neck very well.

At first I wasn't sure if the Groove pillow would help me as I suffer from multiple herniated disks in my neck. But I was proved wrong! Having used my Groove pillow for a couple of weeks now, I can honestly say I'm so glad I bought it!! I've tried a few different types of pillows since my neck issues began and nothing seemed to work. But my Groove pillow really does reduce the pain in my neck and helps me get better sleep. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from neck/back pain as it does seem to do what it claims.

Took me around three nights to get used to the pillow but I absolutely love it. I have had my Groove pillow a couple of months now. Just the right degree of support and comfort. Never thought I’d find a pillow this comfy - have had neck problems for years and got through quite a few pillows until now.

It’s taken me 53 years but eventually found the absolute perfect pillow. And I’m not saying that lightly. It doesn’t matter which way you sleep this does it all. I’m currently under the care of an upper cervical specialist who recommended (told me) to get this pillow. Also said I need to start training myself to sleep on my back as this is going to help with my neck/spine realignment needs. Difficult for me as I’m traditionally a side sleeper. However, within a little over a week, I am pretty much sleeping on my back and feeling the benefits. This pillow makes it easy as the shape holds your head into place perfectly. If you tilt your head to either side, there’s no normal plumping up of the pillow required. The shape of Groove gives the perfect shape for you to rest your head and is SO comfortable (in any position!) Equally if you do want to sleep on your side this is covered as well. Simply place your head on whichever side you wish, out of the groove ie the dip in the centre; closer to the edge of pillow and this is raised slightly meaning your neck is straight as it should be while sleeping on your side. The angled groove underneath is also the perfect shape for your shoulder to fit snuggly into. It’s brilliant. The pillow is just ‘already’ in exactly the shape you need it, where you need it, when you need it. Without having to reshape or plump. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Everyone should have one. I know the benefits are just going to get better and better as my spine and body adapt and adjust as will my sleep. 5 stars. The only thing that would be nice is to be able to order the pillow cases you want when you want which don’t seem to be in stock. I’ve been trying to order the silk fitted case but still unable to at the moment (?) Small thing and doesn’t effect the use of the pillow which comes with a removable washable cover anyway.
