We were greeted by Calum in a very friendly, open manner. No pressure , but extremely helpful and gave suggestions on various quartz. He gave us an estimate for work to be carried out. A few days later he followed up with a curtesy call and expected time frame. Everything went to plan including joiner taking away old worktops, templater followed joiner and fitters arrived 2 days later. Excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend this company. In fact my friend is going to use them too.

From the minute I walked into the showroom this company couldn’t have been more helpful. So efficient and did exactly what they said they’d do. They organised a lovely joiner to remove my worktops. Such a tidy job with minimal mess! The next day they fitted beautiful quartz and my kitchen looks fantastic. The fitters were excellent, knowledgeable and tidy. Would highly recommend this place. Delighted with the service and my beautiful new worktops.

Initially another company were supposed to be installing my worktops through the arrangement they had with a large retailer but they let me down by not supplying them as had been agreed. So I had to turn elsewhere and found Granit Masters online.
Granite Masters were terrific, from the moment I contacted Calum he and Stuart both came out within the hour to the property and assessed the situation and concluded very quickly that they could do the job. The template surveyor was out very soon after and confirmed the job would go ahead and the fitting was scheduled for the next working day.
The next working day as planned the three fitters arrived with the flawlessly cut Quartz worktops and fitted them perfectly.
The response, quality of product, competitive price and service from Granit Masters was terrific from start to finish and I can't thank them enough for the brilliant job of installing my Quartz kitchen worktops at such short notice. I'm delighted to highly recommend this company Granit Masters for their overall outstanding performance.

I honestly can’t recommend this company and their service highly enough. Every person I dealt with from the moment I walked through the door was professional and kind – even when I asked some very silly questions!

The prep work was meticulous – both John and Stevie were absolute gents. Stuart, Lara, and Kris were approachable and easy to contact throughout the process.

My island was fitted today and the fitters were a lovely bunch. I’m absolutely over the moon with everything Granite Masters provided – the quality, the price, and all completed within just two weeks.

We are absolutely delighted with our new worktop. Lara was brilliant helping us to pick a worktop that went beautifully with our units. Her eye for colour and design as well as her product knowledge meant that it was really easy to narrow down our choices from their extensive range. Every step from placing the order, answering questions, measuring and installation was straightforward due to the excellent, professional and friendly team. It was really nice to deal with people in real life and to be able to trust their expertise. Stuart even made time to chat to my children and make them the best hot chocolate they've ever had! Absolutely delighted with my new worktop. My previous worktop was too dark so I'd decided to change to a lighter one. Stuart couldn't have been more helpful and gave me some invaluable advice. Unfortunately there was a pretty major issue with the kitchen wall units (incorrectly fitted by a company contracted by Cala) John and his colleague from Granite Masters were a massive help and remained at my address to check my remaining cupboards were safe. They left everything neat and tidy. Had I not decided to change my worktop and upstand I would not have known the issue with the wall units so definitely money well spent. Granite Masters was recommended to me and I will pass on that recommendation. Worth a visit to the showroom in Hillington. Staff helpful and friendly. Thank you

Great experience from start to finish with Granite Masters. All staff from Sales, Office, Templater, Joiner, Plumber/Gas Fitter and Worktop Installation Guys were all excellent. Old kitchen worktops & sinks removed on the Wednesday, Templater arrived Thursday, Quartz worktops on Friday & Plumber/Gas Fitter connected up undermount sinks and existing gas job on Saturday to complete installation. Amazing organisation and really quick and excellent job.

Just used this company for a complete worktop and splash back replacement. From our first visit to showroom where we had excellent service from Lara through to fitting where the team done a perfect job. I would recommend this company for Quarts replacement.

I ordered Irini quartz worktops from Granite Master Hillington for my kitchen and was over the moon with everything. Libby was amazing to deal with, the product and price was great. On the day of installation, the two young chaps arrived on time with the worktops, did a fantastic job of fitting them and nothing was too much bother for them. I was very impressed with how helpful they both were and the time they took to make sure everything was perfect before they left. I would highly recommend this company for Granite or Quartz worktops.

Got new granite worktops installed in our new kitchen within last couple of weeks from Hillington branch.

There is no doubt the Worktops are very good and the team that fit them know what they're doing. Friendly guys as well. Really fit them well. And they give you plenty advice as to how the Worktops are maintained. The Worktops look excellent.

One or 2 downsides which are meant as constructive criticism.

The communication we received was poor from GM. Ordered new kitchen from nearby kitchen installers who apparently work well with GM. Popped into GM to see their worktops on recommendation of our joiners. Picked the lovely white shimmer as our choice. From then it went downhill in terms of communication from GM as didn't hear another thing from then until our joiner had to contact them when they were installing the kitchen. No emails no calls to our surprise.

I went in one Sunday prior to kitchen being fitted to enquire what deposit was needed and what was needed. I asked for Stuart who is the boss and v friendly. There was an older male and a younger female sitting in the their office who informed me Stuart wasn't it. There was no il take your details and find out what's going on and get Stuart to phone you etc. I was told to phone him tomorrow which was pretty poor and lacking in customer service in any way.

On my joiner enquiring where GM were at in terms of setting up the template measurements the fella came out a few days later to do the measurement with the payment to him being done by myself within an hour of carrying out template. Only problem was the gap for whatever reason, that was needed to accommodate the glass splashback was either not included or missed as when kitchen was getting fitted the joiners realised the splashback was not going to fit. Whether this was kitchen company fault or GM I'm not sure but it shouldn't have happened. In any event the kitchen upstand had to be removed a few days after install. And a new custom made splashback ordered.

I was told the fitters who were coming out to refit the upstand would be out at 9am on that day....they arrived at 11am. Again a distinct lack of communication as GM had informed kitchen company when they would be out and not us the customers. My wife had to phone GM to ask when they were coming out which added to all the stress of a kitchen install and given they were 2 hours late wasn't good.
In summary the communication and efficiency of the reception/admin staff needs to vastly improve as opposed to customers on this occasion being left in the dark as to what was going on etc. Maybe a training issue that hopefully is addressed as I would buy/recommend from GM again as long as the communication is sorted. Iv written this review honestly as GM asked for an honest review. I don't doubt they will be very busy but you seldom get a 2nd chance to make a good 1st impression.

Customer Service was excellent from the sales staff at Hillington, to the measurer, who gave some good advice, to the great job by the fitters. The service was very efficient and also very prompt, the date they gave initially was the date it was installed. Fabulous Customer Service at a competitive price too.

Absolutely amazing service from Granite Masters from the moment we walked into their show room and being welcomed by the sales team , to ongoing engagement during the period that followed including template creation and installation.

Would highly recommend granite masters after our experience with them fitting a new quartz countertop in our kitchen. Everyone involved from the sales consultant Lisa through to the measuring team and installers were absolutely first class. Lisa was very patient helpful and offered great advice. She helped us out with samples that we could take away and we picked the perfect quartz for our worktop and absolutely delighted that we took some time over our choices to get it right for us. The fitting team were exemplary and kept any potential disruption to an absolute minimum. The fit and finish of our new worktops is absolutely superb, could not be happier. If we ever need any quartz, granite or marble worktops we will be sure where to go for 100% customer satisfaction.
