My “ Order “ was delivered on time and I was informed the progress in transit in a very professional way .
The Delivery Driver was very courteous and helpful re placing the said order in the place I wished !
I am now waiting for my “ H Engineer “ to fit the Tiles ( Bathroom & Shower Room )

wasted the whole day waiting for a booked delivery and paid £35 extra; finally arrived at 19.20, had contact via WhatsApp, and was told I had to phone PGS myself to chase the delivery. So I phoned them, and they said it will be there between 1:30 and 3:30.

All boxes seem okay, but I have not yet used them. I will give an update on quality

Great quality flooring, 1st time fitting herringbone flooring but I absolutely love it. Delivery was great and a steal of a price.

High quality SPC tiles that were less than half the price elsewhere. Timely delivery. I had some leftover and the quality at that price was so good that I ordered more and put them on a timber shed which otherwise didn't need flooring

Delivery communication was poor and my delivery was 2 days over the stated time on the website. I think I have contacted them about 10 times to ask someone to look into why my delivery was late and iv heard nothing back. Go to b&q instead.

Arrived on time, quality flooring.
Easy to order. Will be ordering again when we decorate the rest off the house.

What a beautiful floor I have now. It surpassed all expectations.
The whole process was easy and quick.
The delivery was within the time frame and I was kept up to date via email, then text.
The delivery guy was professional and put the pallet of flooring exactly where I asked, so he wouldn’t block my doorway.
I had it laid by a professional friend who commented on the quality of the planks.
I cannot recommend this flooring highly enough.
I went with the Asian oak natural 10mm laminate with the XPS premium rigid underlay.
I colour matched the scotia and door ramp bar.
One very happy lady. I’ll be back to get more for my hallway!

Easy online to order unfortunately 2 boxes were damaged they immediately rectified and sent 2 replacement boxes floor down good quality looks nice.

Awful. Ordered £900 worth of flooring. 3 weeks later still no flooring. The customer service is useless and wait until after hours to reply and then say they can't do anything because it's out of hours. They say they'll chase it up and then do nothing.They told me a week ago that 20 packs of flooring was lost in the post. Still no dispatch and can't get through to cancel. Joke company, would not recommend

Easy to order and great service. Had a missing item it was missing from my order. Mistakes happen, but they apologised and got delivered to me first thing the following day. Excellent even when things go wrong .
