We honestly cannot recommend Granite Masters enough!

Calum was amazing throughout the whole process and never once seemed phased by my multiple design changes and delays! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service we received was fantastic.

We’ve had loads of different contractors in our house as part of a full renovation, and Graham and Ben have definitely been the best we’ve dealt with.

They went above and beyond when we had some issues with our tap and sink. Rather than just fitting the quartz and leaving it at that, they took the time to highlight the issues and help us get them sorted. That really says a lot about the pride they take in their work and the care they have for their customers.

The price was also the best quote we received, so the fact that the service and workmanship were just as good made the whole experience even better.

Even when we had a small issue after the installation, Chris was completely honest, took ownership of it, and everything was sorted within a couple of days. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about getting things right.

We’re absolutely delighted with our quartz and the service we received from everyone at Granite Masters. I’ve already been more than happy to recommend them to anyone I know, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, these are the guys!

From the moment we first visited your Hillington showroom, we were made to feel welcome and valued by Stuart. The time you took to understand our requirements, preferences, and budget was greatly appreciated. Rather than feeling like a sales process, it felt like a genuine consultation, allowing us to make informed decisions in a relaxed and pressure-free environment. (The excellent coffee was a very nice touch too!)

What impressed us further was the remarkable efficiency with which everything was organised. Within just a few days, a highly skilled team, including a plumber, kitchen fitters, a joiner, and a template specialist, attended our home to prepare the kitchen for the worktop replacement. Each individual was professional, courteous, and clearly dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service.

Shortly afterwards, we received a prompt and friendly call from one of your project managers, confirming the installation date and ensuring we were fully informed throughout the process. This level of communication and attention to detail provided great reassurance and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

On the day of installation, the same fitters returned and carried out the work to an outstanding standard. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident throughout. They worked efficiently, kept the work area tidy at all times, and took great pride in ensuring every aspect of the installation was completed perfectly.

The finished result has exceeded our expectations, and we could not be happier with our beautiful new worktops.

Granite Masters were first class! Everything went exactly to plan, from the plumber and joiner arriving first thing on the Monday morning, they did what needed to be done with precision and were very professional, clean and tidy workers. Tuesday morning the templater arrived and was extremely professional again and went through everything that I wanted & explained very clearly to me what was happening. Wednesday, two young men, Ben and Graham arrived on time (actually a bit earlier which was great) with the worktop and did a fantastic job of fitting it. Both very professional and lovely young men. They had everything clean and tidy before they left. Ben also cleaned my mirror behind my sink. Brilliant service! Thursday morning the plumber came back and connected my gas hob and sink. The team from beginning to end were amazing. Highly recommend this company and they are being well represented by this team.
Go to Hillington and treat yourself to first class workmanship.

Absolutely brilliant service from Granite Master from start to finish. The turnaround was incredible — the job was templated yesterday and our quartz worktops were fully installed today!

Yes you did fit a large kitchen in Peterhead I have all the receipts and you damaged my units. You never repaired them.

Excellent, high quality and good value stone worktops, templated accurately and accurately fitted by Ben, Graham and Jack. Installation team were fast, efficient and gave very helpful advice. Delighted with the finished results.

The men who fitted the granite worktop were very professional and friendly. They did a great job . The granite worktop is also great. However the pre cutout for the hob was the wrong size and so we had to get the men back the next day to cut out the correct size. This was very dusty and held up the other workers who were fitting my kitchen . When I phoned to report this matter I felt that there was no urgency to rectify it and I originally had to wait the whole weekend which would have held up the other workmen for my kitchen. It took a second phone call where I insisted I got the men over the next morning which they did! Also I felt I received no proper apology. The guy who measured the template was so quick I am not really surprised he did not do a correct job.

We had an excellent service start to finish. From initial quote to visiting the showroom to templating to fitting the service has been first class. We have lots of tradespeople in our house over the last 2 years and the fitters were the best. Clean tidy and fast, the finish they left was exceptional. The biggest bonus was all this was cheaper than compact laminate!

Great company to deal with in Glasgow. We felt very welcomed by Libby from the first phone call to our showroom visit. Stevie and Libby were just fantastic and explained everything about the company and products available. Great price too.
The communication was excellent all throughout the purchase to fitting.
We then had a different man Stevie come out and do the template for our worktop. Again he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the fittings.
Two days later we had Brian and Mark deliver and fit our worktops, both were very respectful, pleasant and friendly. Once again their knowledge of the granite tops was absolutely top class. I would highly recommend this company.

John and Craig came in first to strip out the old worktops and get the cabinets ready John’s removal work was spot on, and Craig (the plumber) did a great job disconnecting the taps and cooker without any fuss. Both were tidy, efficient and clearly knew what they were doing.

The fitters, Ben, Jack and Graham, then came to install the new worktops. They arrived on time, got stuck in, and the standard of the finished fit is excellent. On top of that, all three were polite, friendly and easy to have in the house a real credit to the company.

Can’t fault any part of the process. Would happily recommend Granite Masters to anyone thinking about a worktop replacement.

First class service, from visiting the Hillington show room through to templater coming out to measure up, and to the lads who fitted the excellent quality and value Granite star galaxy worktops. I found they were also very flexible with fitting dates around our holidays, would have no hesitation in using Granite Masters again
