Givergy and their team have be great supporters of our charity event for numerous years. Their team, in particular Mairhead, always provides dedicated support to our requirements and needs, and answers any of our queries in timely manner. Their onsite coordinator is also always spot-on - troubleshooting on the fly, making everything seamless for our guests on the silent auction and donation platform!

Mairhead was a great support in the lead up to the event. No question was too silly or request too difficult. Having someone so skilled available to contact put me at ease and ensured the event ran smoothly. Her input and expertise was vital to our event. Tahna was fantastic on the day - she arrived promptly with all equipment. I had little interaction with her, unfortunately, but that is testament to how wonderful she was!! Looking forward to using Givergy in the future!! :)

We used Givergy's services for our charity ball, including ticketing, raffle, live auction, silent auction and pledging. The interface was extremely easy to use for staff and guests, and the assistance from our account manager was top notch! We had a great experience with Givergy - they were responsive, professional and our event looked really good and hit our fundraising target.

The platform is great however we were in the unfortunate position of having to postpone our event which led to lots of refunds, new purchases and name changes. Had our event been held at the original date it would have been very smooth but in the end it became confusing. The auction and raffle functionality is excellent. With ticketing our third question didn't appear because I didn't tick a box somewhere, our account manager was able to sort that out but unfortunately most people had already registered by then. Customer service was excellent and I love that Givergy handled all of the payments afterwards. We will be repeat customers.

Our not-for-profit regularly uses the Givergy platform for our annual GALAs, across Australia. I have always found the staff fantastic and extremely helpful. The Givergy platform is easy to navigate and provides some great reporting and customer insights. Highly recommend.

I have spent the entire day attempting to contact ANYONE at this company. There are no actual voicemails, one person picked up then hung up on me and wouldn't answer again. My support emails have gone unanswered, there is no one operational in the live chat. I'm convinced this is not a real company. Do not use. Also the interface is clunky, you can't customize much, and it's unreasonably priced for what it is.

We used the Givergy fundraising platform as well as the virtual platform for our first virtual fundraising gala. It was a huge learning curve for me and Givergy was there the entire time with incredible support and patience! The over all experience was excellent, from the beginning planning to the night of the event. Love the online auction, so easy to use and looks very professional. Givergy was outstanding at our recent fundraising gala! They were so helpful and the end result was a professional and organized presentation of our auction. They were even able to manage our balloon pop prizes and individual donations, all through their system. I didn't expect that and it was really great. Their reporting at the end also made my job so much easier. I highly recommend Givergy!

Givergy was the right choice our inaugural Bolted event. Ticketing and Silent and live auction features were essential for us to present professionally and attractively to first time guests. I was slow learning the CMS system but was supported at all times of the day and night by local an online advisors that were not only knowledgeable but patient and friendly. I look forward to working with them next year.
