Our experience was mostly great with Givergy. In particular, Elle was ALWAYS speedy in answering queries and gave very easy to understand instructions & support.
On the night itself, I would have liked the Givergy team to arrive a little earlier for their tech set-up; we were in a historic building with pre-known issues with connectivity, and the Givergy team did not communicate well with our venue as far as this. It was a last-minute panic I didn't have time for, and one that wasn't necessary, since we had actually spoken everything through with Givergy - the communications just didn't appear to have been great between themselves!
Overall, Givergy DO offer a great service, but make sure you are clear re: any unusual tech issues BEFORE the event!!

Elle has always been great at replying to all our requests in a prompt manner. She helped us to build our auction for Gala Dinner and I really enjoyed working with her.

As a charity, we have worked with Givergy over the past few years using their silent auction platform. For us this has added great value to our events. Not only is the process straightforward from deciding on and adding auction items to the website but the team are always on hand to help if you have any query. Elle Taylor is fantastic at supporting you throughout the whole process. The teams who work at the events are always incredible with our guests and we very much enjoy working with them and hope to continue doing so in the future.

Givergy provided a great service for our fundraising quiz! It's a big event with great prizes and we wanted to run a silent auction in a professional and efficient way. Working with Givergy allowed us to do just that, plus having a technician with us on the evening made all the difference and took the pressure/ stress off this aspect of the event.

The customer service is very efficient, and all questions are always answered with helpful information. The CMS can take some getting used to but once you have the hang of it, it becomes easier to navigate. Their prize draw component allowed us to sell raffle tickets very easily and made our event run smoothly.

We have used Givergy twice in the last month for an art auction and a charity ball. This was our first experience and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy the platform was a navigate and how much was raised. The customer service team are excellent and very quick to respond to queries. Our campaign manager, Elle was knowledgeable, helpful and made it as easy as possible for us. We are looking forward to using Givergy in the future for other fundraising events.

We have been using Givergy for our gala events for a few years now and not only is it so easy to use and customize but the Givergy team are amazing to work with. Nothing is too much to ask and they are always so quick get back with answers and solutions to any queries that we have. We were very happy with the service from Givergy. We have worked together on larger events over the years and have always had a good experience. The crew were professional and knew what they were doing. Before the event there were clear instructions on how to populate the bidding website, and, as I am not technical, if I had a question it was answered quickly and the website pre-planning was painless. Givergy liaised with the venue’s technical department well in advance so there were no technical surprises on the night and everything went without a hitch. We also sourced some of Givergy’s prizes for our silent auction, which all fetched over the minimum bid. The silent auction certainly contributed to the success of the evening. We would use Givergy again.

The Givergy platform is very easy to use and configure to manage an online auction or prize draw. The content management system is easy to navigate and it is quick to see any changes you have made on your live site - great way to check as you set up the site.

The Givergy support team are incredibly efficient, dealing with queries in a timely manner and the online help guides are a great reference tool.

For your guests, using the the system is very straightforward both on a PC and mobile.

Givergy worked really well for our charity ball this October. The Givergy team were fantastic and very helpful and responsive at all points. Elle our Campaign Success Manager was always on hand to answer any questions and the team on the night of the event were super friendly and professional too. We loved how customisable the platform is and how many extras Givergy offered as part of the package such as guestlist, table plan, pledges and additional info pages just to name a few.

We organised a small fundraising dinner and used Givergy as our chosen pledge platform and it was a great experience working with the team from beginning to end. I felt very supported throughout the process and my CSM Elle Taylor was great to work with, responding the emails quickly and jumping on calls to go over things in more detail which was so helpful. The Event and Tech Manager on the night were brilliant and understood our needs from the get go which helped a lot. In early 2023, we held two Fundraising Annual Dinners (one in Hong Kong; one in Singapore) with support of Givergy. Mairhead McKinley worked closely with me on the backend to make sure our first galas since pandemic ran smoothly. Their on-ground support team also did the job nicely.

I only have really positive things to say about Givergy! The team is a delight to work with, they respond to all questions quickly, the platform works really well and is intuitive, and the silent auction items that we've included from Givergy's catalogue have all sold really well.
