Came very fast. Shipping was very quick. Was able to walk into my my phone service and turn on within 5 minutes. It was activated and unlocked and said five stars. Phone came like brand new and excellent choice .

Beware
I am starting to think this business is a fraud. First time I ordered my phone, it got lost with FedEx and it took them over two months to refund me. Not learning my lesson and thinking it was a one off experience, I placed a second order and it still hasn't arrive yet. All seems to indicate their is something fishy going on.

I bought a phone that didn't charge…
I bought a phone that didn't charge well and had no trouble sending it back. I then ordered a phone that come to find out had a delinquent account and it blocked the phone and my Sim card when I tried to activate. I had no trouble returning it either. Your customer service is great!

the iPad I ordered looked better than expected when it arrived. Shipping was FAST! A few scratches never hurt nobody. Works fantastic. Can’t wait to use it on road trips! The price was excellent as well.

Total joke
Total joke. They offered me a price, after I sent the phone in they dropped the offer a significant amount and gave me invalid reasons (not the phone I said it was, significant damage, etc). I requested reinspection. They still came back with same offer. I declined the offer and asked for the phone to be returned to me. Said I would receive a tracking number in 3-5 business days, didn't receive one. Called back, they changed it to 7-10 business days, didn't receive one. Called back, they told me today or tomorrow, didn't receive anything. This has been going on for a total of 2 months. Do not send your phone to them!
