I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro, and the condition was stated as "good." It was more than good. It was excellent. No scratches or dings, and the battery health was at 99%. Cameras all worked. It was basically like a brand-new phone. Very pleased with my experience, and will definitely order again when the time comes!

still trying to get a refund back on a cell phone that was stolen during delivery. I have emailed in a valid police report, the AOL and pictures of the empty package . Still crickets from gazelle. Each time i call in its the same song and dance, 3 to 5 days. This whole process started in mid April. CLAIM #C03527191. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from gazelle, not a honest company!

Ordering was fine…camera didnt work, subpar return policy.
The processing of the order was fine but the phone camera did not work. Not getting a replacement phone and having to return the phone within 30 days is too short of a Time. Also not being able to use the $20 discount when I didn't even use it the first time for the replacement phone is extremely disappointing. I may not get a replacement from gazelle

I have used Gazelle for purchase of pre own phone for the last 12 years.
I can always find an iPhone that fits my needs.
Prices are reasonable.
My only negative comments is: If a certain model of phone is not available, why even show the picture of it. It gives false hope.
This negative is for the delivery. The phone was delivered but instead of putting the phone on my porch, they put it on the back of my truck's tailgate. If it wasn't for my landscaper getting my attention, I would have driven off in my truck and the phone would have been lost or stolen.
