I bought a refurbished phone on June 1 and it was expected in 5-7 days which was extended to the 13th. It is now the 30th of June and I have still not received the packaged nor have I got a reason for the delay.

The fastest easiest place for phones
I have gotten at least 10 phones from gazelle in the last 6 years between me and my 2 children. It's so easy and convenient with the payment plans. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't have all the money to buy a phone up front. Delivery is super fast. I get the phones in 2 days.

Stay away! Terrible customer service and deceptive trade-in practices.
Their customer service is absolutely horrible. The representatives are completely untrained, confused, and consistently give out incorrect information. To make matters worse, they processed one of my cellphones for a $0 trade-in value—a deal I explicitly never accepted. They essentially took my phone for free. Be incredibly careful if you are planning to trade in your phone with them!

Ordered a phone a month ago and it never showed up. Customer service has not helped at all. First they wouldn't acknowledge the package was late. Then when it was they had me fill out a form. Two weeks went by before they acknowledged I submitted the form. One month later phone hasn't come and gazelle hasn't issued a refund .
EDIT: As a response to Gazelle, I did start contacting 3 weeks ago and the same email they suggested in this post. They'd rather respond publicly on a website than actually provide customer service.

Bogus claims during inspection about my device being different than what was quoted and my screen being cracked. This led to a substantially lower payout than quoted. Couldn't speak to anyone who could help. Writing to the BBB now.
