I have been a Gardiff customer for many years using them for both Epos & catering equipment I always find their service excellent & highly recommend! We have recently starting using their click & collect solution owing to coronavirus which I must say is great.

Took the plunge of going to an epos system and chose Gardiff, he's spoken to a few coma lies and they just seemed like telesales people not overly interested in what I needed for my business, Jordan at Gardiff provided me with a system fit for my restaurant.

Naturally, when you are adding lots of variations and items things will be missed off and the supper team, especially Karl Foster was always there to remedy any issues and talk me through what we needed to do.

I can't recommend Gardiff enough.

We had a great experience with the team at Gardiff EPOS, who were always very approachable. Having just taken over running a licensed restaurant, we knew that we needed to update the existing system which was old and lacking in features. From the initial contact with Jordan to setting up the demonstration at our premises, to the emails from Lauren guiding us through the finance process for the lease purchase, to having our new EPOS system installed and setup, they were always very helpful and explained everything along the way. The turnaround time was only one week, and the installed system had all of the security features that we requested. All aspects of the system were explained to us, and everything was setup according to our specific business requirements. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a new EPOS, the system provides great value, and the purchasing options are flexible enough to make it affordable for any small business.

I knew nothing about electronic tills and was apprehensive about installing them. Had a Gardiff EPOS system installed in October and they made it very easy with their plain English explanations and their fantastic customer support. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. System was configured on site to our exact needs by an extremely proficient engineer.
Training was much longer and in depth that expected and they made sure we were happy and understood everything before they left.
