When searching for a new Epos system for a multi million pound, newly refurbished hospitality venue with multi level, multi requirements, differing price bands venue in central London , we did our research and whittled our initial findings of around 15 providers down to a shortlist of 2. Then with our particular and complicated requirements we decided to go with Gardiff. The support, set up and training received for all staff was absolutely spot on. The continued support once we got up and running has been and continues to be great.
The system is easy to use on the front end, looks great and is flexible, adaptable and straightforward. Reporting was high on the list of requirements and whilst we don’t use the entire range of varying reports, the ones We do need are clear, accurate and easy to extract.
So far so good. Highly recommend the team who clearly understands the operating needs of a hospitality environment which is refreshing to say the least.

we needed some extra's put on the system in the run up to Christmas and the amazing guys in support did it for us there and then within minutes, cannot recomend them enough

Gardiff have delivered us some amazing service, especially their help desk for when issues arise and as the desk is open until midnight, you get the reassurance that if things go wrong, someone is there to help.
