Those guys are really good at quick problem solving and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always a phone call away and super helpful every single time!

Everyone is very helpful with any of our changes. We regularly update our very extensive menu and cant fault how efficient and helpful they are.

Great company

We've used Gardiff for our ePos in various units for nearly 10 years. In that time the company has grown but the level of service has never waned, which combined with their products and pricing is why we stick with them.
This latest occasion we had Daniel install our ePos and he was very diligent and patient (even after fitting cash drawer and screen and I asked for both to be moved).
Can wholeheartedly recommend this company for your ePos requirements.

I am small business owner in the catering/hospitality field and thought about buying a secondhand till. But as it would happen on the day I was going to make the purchase Carl from Gardiff stopped by and we had a lovely chat and arranged a meeting. After sitting down with Carl and getting a strong sense that I was going well supported. I decided to go with Gardiff and now that the install has been done I am very happy with customer services. It has been amazing how supportive the team has been. Had a few bumps in the road (oversights on my part mostly) so emailed early Saturday morning for help and they sorted it in a few minutes.
Definitely happy with my choice and its worth the added expense. Highly recommend Gardiff to anyone in need and just starting out.

Tom's been brilliant!

A few teething issues when reconfiguring the system with importation amendments but all in all Tom's service with snagging lists has been fantastic.

We have been using Gardiff for years. They have the best customer service we have ever seen. Alex helped me today with a webshop issue. As ever, he was quick, friendly and successful at fixing the issue. Love working with these guys!!
