One of the best EPOS out there
We have been with Gardiff for 5 years now and have no plans on leaving them, when something goes wrong, which is rare, it is fixed over the phone or by an engineer on that day, the phone support is spot on and they know there system so well and nothing is too much, the back office is also very easy to use, if you are looking for an EPOS system that does it all with great service and for a great price then we can highly recommend Gardiff

Amazing experience from Alex Smith!
I emailed regarding some issues I was having with my ePos system and Alex had the issue fixed in under an hour! Absolutely amazing and fill explained everything he did when he made amendments. After this, me and my colleague thought of a few other things and asked him to do it for us, and he did! Absolutely amazing customer feedback

Great Till System
Was looking for a till system to update our private members club with the facility to run a data base for memberships and control. The Gardiff system is 100% a great way to go, and the Gardiff team support is fantastic!

A perfect match for hospitality businesses
As a whole company, Gardiff clearly has a great customer ethos and each and every member of the team are always very helpful, attentive and resolve the issues almost instantly.
We implemented this EPOS solutions because of its functionality and ease of use as well as the outstanding customer support we get, so much so, on the back of installing it in one of our venues, it was a clear choice to completely remove the current and extortionate system we paid for from a previous supplier in one of our others and replace that with a Gardiff - ICR Touch solution.
All in all, Gardiff are a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend to any small to medium business who need a reliable, robust and effective solution to help manage their business. (The solution, I am sure would also make life 10 times easier for large organisation, however I can only speak from experience as a small to medium business)
A big shout out to Tom who has been with us from the start - always incredibly helpful, diligent and proactive.

Alex on support has been excellent
Been dealing with Alex at support to get the system configured with some options we need to manage members accounts on our Epos. Alex has been so helpful, looked into various solutions and called back with them and run us through the options. He also remotes into the terminal so we can show him what we might be struggling with and then he guides us through a solution.
Excellent support.

Great help
The staffs who was working with me was offering great help (Karl). He was on the phone teaching me how to use the system for hours and still very enthusiastic to the last minute and till when he feels I understand for sure. Can't find words to say how much I appreciated that. Best wish to this great bussiness.
