Amazing, had an issue with adding a few buttons on the till, contacted customer support and got talking to Alex, who went above and beyond, and had the issue resolved very quickly.

This was the second time I needed to contact support over the last few months and I must say I could not be happier with the service.

All requests fulfilled and questions answered. Highly recommended.

Karl Foster, the head of Support, was very helpful in trying to sort out the issues with the internet being down in Kings Library Cafe for a week. We did a team call where we checked the issues, and he sent me a report to be sent forward to BL IT to manage and resolve the issues. He checked with me daily to see if the problem had been sorted out. He was a great help, and I appreciate the effort to check with us. Thank you for the help

Really happy with not just the new epos system that has been installed but the support has been great with the random questions and requests I have had.
The installEngineer spent a lot longer getting the system right and ensuring I was happy with using the system (which I have found much more intuitive the our old system) then I realised I needed. Was happy with that

i genuinely hands down can not fault Carl Fosters help over the last few days. im am not very technical minded, we spent a long time trying to resolve an issue that was causing me a lot of work and confusion. but we got there in the end! if only all customer services were like him!
