Karl Foster was absolutely on point! He treated my EPOS system as if it were his own business, making sure every issue was fixed so my trade wouldn’t be affected. He spent over two hours on the call with me, making countless changes and adjustments to streamline everything. Karl even coordinated with the software team directly, which made the whole process seamless. His dedication, professionalism, and serious approach gave me total confidence. Top-class service — I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended!

Every one is very helpful, Carl, Alex, Tom.
On Monday 02/06/2025 with 1 till not loading,
I made call to the help desk Carl have tried to help remotely with no success, he than said he will organise for someone to come in on the day to have look.
Daniel has attended the call, this is the second time Daniel come to our location,
I want to let you know that Daniel in both occasions has been fantastic & done great job.
very polite & pleasant.
it is just a pleasure having him.
I also need to thank everyone in how quickly they help & sorted the issue.

We are a volunteer run bowling club who recently purchased a new Gardiff EPOS till and inevitably had a few initial teething troubles - the service we have received to date from Gardiff support has been, IMHO, very good.
This was for both:-
(a) the phone support - on 3 calls we got through to a real person in seconds every time, who remotely accessed our screen and put us right.
(b) the e-mail supprt - we sent a number of price changes and screen layout changes which were all done within 24 hours.

Gardiff - Great Company
We have been using Gardiff for a number of years and always had great service. We have never looked anywhere else for another supplier because of the service and support we always get.
We recently upgraded our till system and it was all carried out by an engineer called "Daniel" who was very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and always at the end of a phone call, even helping outside of his normal working hours.
We can highly recommend Gardiff and their support team.
