I’m not going to lie. I was scared to ship my phones to them at first. However, the customer service was fast, and friendly, and I received my check in less than a week. I first tried this with Gazelle and it was the same process until they received my phone and then contacted me to say the price had been cut in half due to condition. I asked to have the phone returned to me. The only reason I chose Gazelle in the first place was they were first in the search cue. MISTAKE!

I had an iphone 6s in good condition that was no longer used at my house. A quick internet search showed the top offer for such device was $101 from Decluttr. The second highest offer was $100 from Gadget traders. I started the process with the highest bidder, however upon reading reviews, I was not comfortable with proceeding due to customer service reviews for Decluttr. I then looked into reviews for Gadget traders and only found 1 negative review that included a reasonable response back from Gadget traders. So, I continued the process with them sending in my phone on a Monday with their prepaid label. On Thursday, an email stating they received the phone and will send out payment via check (my choice of payment as there is a service charge with paypal) the next day. The phone checked out at the condition I expected since we received the check on following Monday in full amount of $100 as indicated. I really had a great experience and will definitely go through there company again as communication was fantastic and service was prompt!

I traded in an iPhone XR at the highest value I was offered anywhere, without the hassle of trying to sell the device on my own and having to deal with negotiations. The process was fast - it took a total of 13 days for me to mail the device with the provided shipping label, for Gadget traders to inspect it, approve it, mail me the check and for me to cash it. This to me is a very quick and straightforward approach, which I enjoyed and I am thankful for.

Looking forward to do business again, even though I doubt that I will be trading in any working technology any time soon, it just seems that technology loses its value so fast that it is not worth it to not get as much as you can get from it, once you have purchased it.

I had reservations before using but it was super fast and efficient. Price offered upon evaluation was $7 but they emailed same day as it arrived to them and asked if I wanted it shipped back free of charge or to accept the new rate - which was still well above competitors and stores such as Target or Amazon. Highly recommend for their rapid and clear communication. Free shipping both ways even if you don’t use their service makes this a no brainer.
