Quick shipping of my new phone. They also replied to my question via a comment when their competitors did not so I paid an extra 40 bucks or so for a mint quality phone that they offered vs one of a dozen good quality phone that were cheaper but with unresponsive customer service.

The iPhone X I purchased was everything that the add asked for, however, the execution of the delivery was sub par.

When I received the box, I was a little shocked at the condition of the packaging: excessive amount of tape (seemed to be over compensating for something?), damaged cardboard, and i could hear something rattling in the box.

Upon opening the packaged, I found the iphone sitting in the bottom of the box, with the bubble wrap doing nothing, and the bubble wrap sleeve that the phone was supposed to be in, was opened, as if someone had already opened my package, and failed to return it to the original condition.

Needless to say, I was concerned that someone had opened my package, and that the phone was damaged due to the improper repackaging. Not something I should've been concerned with.

The phone works great, and condition same as advertised. Pretty disappointed in the condition of the packaging- whether someone opened it or not- pretty unacceptable if you ask me.

The phone was just as described and we received it earlier than the the tracking indicated. So far so good!

Arrived earlier than expected.
Battery life is extremely poor. I understand it is a used phone but I have to charge it multiple times per day.

The phone appears in the described condition however the phone was never wiped/ reset there for I have to wait days for the battery to die in order to hard reset the device. This is a simple procedure overlooked by the seller and has caused an extended lapse in service.

Beautiful phone looks like new. They shipped it the day I ordered it so it came fast. I'm very pleased and will do business with them again.
