I mailed them my phone. They acknowledged receiving it and I then did not hear from them. After posting this review, they responded.

Never got my money. It’s been over two+ months!

Very straight forward process and the best part is you get paid within seconds when choosing the Venmo option! I will be sending in more gadgets for sure!!

My experience was great! Paid what i was quoted no problem.

GT offered me a certain price for my iPhone 12 and paid for postage for me to send the iPhone. After they received I got an email stating there was damage and offered a lot less than the promised price. Therefore I clicked in the email to return the iPhone since Apple offered me more, though not as much as GT. Shortly thereafter I received a voice mail from them to discuss. I called back and spoke to Joe who said he was the owner. He inspected the iPhone while on the call, said it looked OK and offered me the original price. I received an email that a check would be forthcoming in 7-10 days. It took 2 weeks but I received the check so everything worked out.

It was the easiest process ever. The hardest thing was waiting for it to get there via mail. They called when they received to confirm everything and it was more than I even expected. They are the best hands down. No contest

Crooks. Sent in a new condition phone and they clamed it was "good" and locked to the wrong carrier (it wasn't) and tried offering me 75$.

Received an email on July 8 about the condition of the iphone I sent them. Bait and switch on the price I was offered originally. I accepted the amended payment offer and expected to receive a check in the next 7-10 days. Today is August 8 and I still have no check, no email reply and they are not answering phone calls. This place is awful at communicating and not truthful.

I sent my phone in to them and received an email that they were sending a check on July, 9, 2024. It is now August 2, 2024, and I have not received it. I have tried calling them to no avail. I also emailed them and received one reply, but nothing since then. BEWARE!!!

I sent my phone back, have not received my payment. Left three voicemails in two weeks with no response.

I originally sent my iPhone to them categorized as in good condition. Upon receipt, they said it was in minor damage condition and significantly lowered their offer. After discussions, we agreed that a payment for fair condition was fair to both parties,
The company was professional and courteous in their discussions with me. They seem like good people.

I sent our device to them with an "offer" of $166. After almost 2 months, we finally got a response saying that the device was not in good condition and that their new offer was now $42. And if we don't accept that, it would be $25 to send it back. I told them to send it back. Luckily I took about 5 pictures of the phone before we mailed it, wrapped in bubble wrap and a heay box. We'll see what comes back.

Best place to go to. Went thru the ringer with other companies only to get low ball quotes. They stuck with the quote given initially. To me that's honest business. They even have a local business for faster trade in.
