I sent the phone in and got notice about a week later it was accepted. I then received a check a week from then. I sent in my iphone 10 for repair thinking this was a reliable business. After what ever repairs, if any, were made Gadget Traders had lost this item in the mail. Unbelievable. I received no type of recovery help from this business whatsoever. Crooks. 100% do no recommend.

Terrible experience. They lost my Apple iPhone X! That's a $1,000 value, down the drain. I mailed my phone in and then got an email notice that there were scratches on the phone so they would be giving me less money than was originally offered. I had already had my phone checked out at spots in NYC and only went with Gadget Traders mail-in because of the price they showed me online. So I hit the "reject" button on the email notice. About a week later, realizing I still don't have my phone, I sent them an email asking about the status. They said they already mailed it back and it was delivered. I had to ask for a tracking number and the address they sent it to. I never received my phone back. Figures they used USPS and did not require a signature (again, $1000 phone!) so who knows where my package is. After speaking to them and receiving absolutely no concern or regard whatsoever, I'm questioning if they even mailed the actual phone back at all. I don't trust this place. Had a terrible experience. Lost my phone. And am down significant amount of money. Don't use this service - just go to an in-person spot and play it safe!
