I got an offer from their website, waited a week for them to send me some "shipping kit" it finally arrived, I packed up and shipped my phone. Another week goes by, and I'm told the offer expired and they can no longer accept my phone? No reply on Email. Don't waste your time with Gadget Traders!💩

This company stole my phone. I sent an iPhone XR for trade in, and after they received it they never sent a check they don’t answer their phone. One time they answered and they told me they had no idea about my phone and hung up on me. DONT send your phone here it’s a scam. It was. Not a false report. My report number is AGT0018 it took me about 3 months to get my phone payed. I had to talk to about 5 people, write a police report to the Modesto police, I wrote a report on c3 FBI internet crimes report and I wrote a report about you guys on the FCC. I have proof of All the reports. At the end you guys payed me because I pushed this a lot but AGAIN! Don’t sell your phone here. They are a terrible business

I had lost my Iphone and purchased a replacement.
After a few day, I found the lost phone. I contacted Gadget Traders and they quickly responded with a very fair price and a prepaid shipping label. I sent it as directed. I tracked the package and upon arrival, they acknowledged receipt and said a check was would be sent. Within 5 days I received the agreed check amount. I was skeptical about sending a valuable product but everything went as promised. I highly recommend this organization.

I have to say, I was nervous about sending my phone away to get payment. Gadget Traders made it easy! I elected to have a box sent to me, which came quickly. I sent the phone back the next day and less than a week later - the amount agreed upon was in my PayPal account! Great experience - I would definitely use them again!

First off I want to absolutely clarify - this is not a paid/incentivized feedback. This was the first time I ever used Gadget Traders' services to sell my iPhone. The experience for me has been very smooth, so wanted to share it. Of course I was quite nervous about shipping my phone without any payment. So I read other reviews and that brought in enough comfort for me go for it.
Previously I had been selling my phones on ebay. There is a good chance I would have got a little better price for the phone. But it became problematic for 2 reasons: First, ebay takes a fairly large percentage off the sale price to themselves. Secondly, ebay buyers can be fickle. Before selling on Gadget Traders, I had offered my phone up for auction at ebay. But after seven days of fielding many questions from bidders - some genuine, some dubious, at the end of the auction the final bidder refused to pay. That was too much of a time wasted for me.
At Gadget Traders, the process was extremely smooth. The price they offered was good enough for me, only slightly less than net ebay bid price (less ebay fees). As soon as I accepted, they generated a shipping label. I did take some extra care in packaging it well. I also took some pictures and videos to show that the phone was indeed in a good condition, in case they disputed it. It was not required though. Within a day of them receiving the package, I got an email confirming that they have made the payment. There was absolutely no back and forth at all! Within a week, I received the check in mail.
I am truly impressed and will definitely like to use their services again.

They made it super easy to turn in my old phone and get paid. Simple as that.

This is the second phone I have sold. First one was a Oneplus 7Pro and this one was a Oneplus 8 5G. If you make an honest assesment per their guidelines the process is very easy and I received top dollar just as I had assessed each phone.
