My 2nd time visiting store. My iPhone charging port needed cleaning. Instead I decided to buy a wireless car charger for my iPhone.
Not only was I given a discount, they also cleaned my charging port for free normally £15.
Excellent service and great staff. Will recommend to anyone.

Service itself was good and screen is fixed and functions well. Have given poor review score because of lack of communication. When registering my repair for a broken screen they sent an auto email saying they had received the request and we’re waiting for my device. I paid to post my device. The following day they sent me a prepaid postage label through my insurance. This wasn’t clear so I spent my own money posting it as instructed when I needn’t have. I then received an email saying the repair was completed and ready to come back to me. I expected the phone to be returned but nothing arrived. Then I received an email saying they needed to run further diagnostics and needed my pin (I had supplied the pin when registering the repair initially). I then didn’t hear anything further and 2 days later the phone just arrived through the post without any communication as to the result of the diagnostic test. There is definitely a disconnect between their automated emails and what’s actually happening with your repair. As I said, screen is great, just need to up their communication game.

EDIT- I had a lovely call from Gadget Clinic apologising for the poor communication and admitting that their automated email system needed review. They refunded me the cost or postage and also sent me a voucher for a free coffee for the inconvenience. I Really appreciate the follow up- it's good to see a business actually take feedback on board so proactively.

Needed a replacement battery for iPhone 6S, contacted store who sd I cd bring in for same day service. Went this morning. All very Covid compliant. They sd shd be done in ca 40 mins, went for walk. Came back 45 mins later, phone sorted. Whole setup was very professional high quality operation. Absolutely delighted.

I got 2 Ipad screens replaced as they were broken and an old Macbook pro updated to the latest software and a repair of the disk drive. They kept me up to date and informed in a really timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I am very happy as I now have revived a 9 year old Macbook pro that was on it's last legs but is now on the latest software and with a repaired disk drive.

I have two more Imac 27inch from 2010 I'm going to bring them down to get updated - so the kids can use these - so glad that I've explored this as otherwise I would have ended up throwing these away!

Timing was super quick - it took about 1 or 2 days to get all the items repaired. Please keep up the excellent service.

It was incredibly easy to book my repair using the website. I was able to track progress of the repair and received an email as soon as it was ready for collection.

Repair was quick, and my phone can actually charge now. Thanks so much!

Home Insurance Claim
I contacted Gadget Clinic to obtain a quotation to provide to my home insurer to have my cracked screen repaired on my mobile phone. Once they authorised this I took my phone into Gadget Clinic, it was repaired overnight. Brand new screen and data still all intact. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend 👌

Great. But only issue was asked questions not once but several times asking about information about phone, would be better to ask first time what is required instead of dragging it out over a week. Other than that, once phone sent back within 4 days. Sent Fri back Tues..

Did have to chase whether part had arrived or not. Easily done and repair planned to be completed within a day.

Website could be improved to make voucher code entry more obvious - something like “enter code here”. Need to add more device models. Process to send mailing label needs speeding up when free postage. Otherwise very quick service once up and running.
