I haven’t been informed that they not gonna use a genuine battery when I left my phone there. I’ve got a notification that “unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery” since what is not disappearing now even they said 4-5 days maximum and it’s gonna disappear

My iMac didn’t boot up and I took it to Apple and they said is was vintage and said they will swap a like for like hard drive for £200 or maybe get a new £1600 iMac I phoned gadget clinic and they said they could do a high grade hard drive for £200
And now it’s more quicker than before…

I needed a new phone charge port installed as mine was broken . I called in the morning, dropped the phone at the shop at 1.30 pm and was text and called by 4.30 pm to come and collect the repaired phone . A great efficient service and the guy who did the repair was very helpful. I will use the gadget shop again.

The Gadget Clinic repaired a cracked screen on my iPhone 7, which was also making the top half of the screen inoperable for touch commands. I was working in Watford and found them through a search, they had good reviews, so I just dropped in. They were courteous, professional, efficient and very competitive value! Within an hour, my handset was repaired and as good as new - I cannot fault them!

Used the Gadget Clinic a few months back where they replaced the screen on my I phone XS. There was a slight problem with the phone and I reported it to the shop but didn’t get round to returning to them.
Went there today because camera screen was broken. They warned me camera may need replacing as well as the screen.
I somehow deep down thought the price would go up , probably need a new camera and try and charge me for the main screen but not a bit of it.
They carried out a diagnostic check and found a fault on the screen so replaced the main screen for no charge.
They replaced the broken camera screen and cleaned the camera which didn’t need replacing only charging for the camera screen.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Friendly , professional very knowledgeable and a 12 month guarantee that they stick to.

My 2011 27” iMac started to go wrong. I had pink vertical lines on the screen and it also would not load past the loading bar, it got halfway and then it went blank. I googled it and this was a common problem, I tried everything to fix it myself and even spoke with Apple but they also were unable to fix it over the phone and unfortunately the machine was too old for them to fix it in the store. I spoke with three or four different repair places some that were Apple credited and they all told me that it was probably the graphics card, I could pay £60 for them to diagnose it,but if it was the graphics card it was going to cost me around £500 for a refurbished one and £700 for a new one and they suggested it wasn’t worth fixing it because the machine was old. I was truly gutted because I love my iMac it’s Still a beast of a machine i7 32gb ram 4.3GH processor . I had given up hope then I drove past The Gadget Clinic in Watford and thought I’d go in and speak to them. They were very professional and very helpful and told me to bring the machine in, it would cost £20 to look at it and diagnose but that would come off the end bill if they could fix it. It did turned out to be the graphic card which they replaced with a refurbished one of the same spec. They cleaned my machine inside and re-installed the latest software and gave me 6 months warranty on all the work as well. The cost was £210 😁. I also upgraded to a 1 TB SSD HD which they told me you would improve the speed of my machine and OMG it has, if your still running an old school hard drive I recommend the upgrade. The SSD HD was £100 installed, I couldn’t even find it for that price on eBay. Their service was quick, professional and they kept me up-to-date all the way. I was so impressed and so happy that they gave my iMac another 2 to 3 years life. I highly recommend if you have a Mac whether it’s a laptop, desktop, phone or tablet to go to here, I believe they also fix PCs but you’ll need to check that.
