This is an unprompted update to acknowledge the unbelievable effort from Fry Powers and Alison in resolving my original issue.
True to her word, Alison reached out to me personally, and together we worked through an open and honest solution — one that was fair to both sides. It’s only right that I share this update, because while things can go wrong, what truly matters is how a company responds.
In this instance, the genuine care, professionalism, and forward-thinking approach were exemplary. Alison handled everything with sincerity and dedication to the customer experience — a rare quality these days.
I now have absolute confidence in this brand and the people behind it. The products remain divine, and the way this situation was managed deserves recognition.

Third world service levels 5 star product
Bought a great ring, unfortunately after three wears it broke, these things happen. What I do not understand is the poor response and care when there are issues.
This ring should not have broken, but when it did after me contacting Fry so many times, they just do not respond swiftly or slowly - they take weeks
Therefore if you purchase, beware, that once Fry has your sale, the level of service, and engagement and response is poor. I have sent my ring back from AU and am grateful they are at least honouring to fix it though nil response about having received the item, that it is being repaired, that it will come back to me
This is not how business runs these days when building a brand. I hope this feedback is read , you take care for what your needs are as a customer and that Fry Powers improve.
