BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY...FAR away!
If there was a way to grade things in the negative star range... THIS would qualify for that for certain. Simply put... The bricks & mortar shops have all closed. NOW... it's online only and I can't speak to the experience of this because all my purchases were made in person when the New York and/or LA locations were in existence. What I can say is this... IF there are any repairs that are needed to any of their jewelry that you may have purchased... or if their is a simple cleaning or a simple "re-stringing" of a bead bracelet etc. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HAVE THIS WORK DONE BY THEM!!! Wherever you live, find a local Bead shop or something like a craft bead or jewelry shop in the area or nearby and have them do the work, it's simple enough. Cleaning-buy some good quality liquid jewelry cleaner or take it to a reputable jewelry and have them clean it , then have your bracelet or necklace or restrung at the aforementioned. Why? They will literally REEM YOU on costs for these services, that sadly enough, were FREE forever. Once the shops closed, the "repair dept." opened up and the nightmare began, I'm assuming to recoup lost revenue from a failed business. Without too much detail... 1 necklace, and less than 4 VERY simple bead bracelets, ALL simple leather cords... to simply clean and restring... WELL OVER 300 US DOLLARS! Then there is the 25 dollar return shipping that you would think for that price, it would be over night or 2 day at best, NOPE... ONE WEEK! It's insane!! Needless to say, I will literally sell my bracelets for parts before I give them a dime of my money... STAY AWAY...FAR AWAY!!!!!!! No wonder they went out of business with practices such as this... GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!
