Jesika was very patient throughout the entire process. She was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend Fran Fund and Jesika.

First rep was replaced unexpectadly after doing nothing for 2 months. 2nd rep sent some basic spreadsheets that the first rep could have sent the day after FranFund pulled my payment out of the account. Also those spreadsheets will have to be refilled or at least copy pasted to the bank later. Reps NEVER answer the phone, and may call back the next day. Expect no more than one communication per day. It took me over 7 months to get taken care of what I hired them to take care of. I went through the SBA process, which I know isn't easy... but FranFund was a total waste of money and time.

The process of proceeding through this loan process was long. It could have been better if we didn't have to send in so many repat copies of items. Once everything had been completed, there were few documents that didn't follow to the next phase of the process. This made the process frustrating.

Fran fund pre-qualified me and prepared me on what to expect regarding the SBA loan process. This was very valuable to know and gain confidence knowing I would be approved.

Hi. The reason for the 3 stars is because I had to do a lot of follow up with the original two people that were assigned to my account. Once my account was reassigned to Jessica Smith, everything went smoothly. I had to escalate several times because I wouldn't get a response from my representative.

FranFund gave me solid advice on how to properly complete my SBA paperwork, so that I could get approval for funding. I would not have been able to complete the paperwork on my own. FranFund helped me launch my family-owned business and helped make our dreams come true.

Everyone has been very helpful and understands that this process is both something very new and a bit scary.

Jamie was very helpful. He walked us through our possibilities based on our strengths and experiences. When it was time to make our decision he was a good sounding board but didn’t pressure us one way or another. He was a true partner in finding the right fit for us.

I think you guys need to get with the technology that allows me to jump on your employees schedule for a meeting versus playing phone tag back and forth three or four days to set an appointment for the following week. There's different calendar programs that allow you to do that that make it convenient for both you and your customers.

I was impressed with the level of thought and planning that went into my ROBS (Rollovers as Business Startups) transaction. The binders provided are incredibly thorough, covering every detail of the setup process for both the corporation and the 401(k). Franfund went above and beyond by walking me through the binders, ensuring I understood everything involved. Their attention to detail and commitment to making the process clear and manageable are truly commendable. Highly recommend!
