I really loved the attention and explanations given to us during the first call. However, once we had to submit paperwork we were kind of at a loss for a minute. Also, I wish there was a closing call where we could discuss options, if any, and what we should be working on moving forward to improve our situation.

Fran Funds failed to secure an SBA loan for me. that's not the problem but what is, Is When I asked for the guaranteed refund of $2000, when they are unable to acquire a loan for me, they claimed I had not disclosed information that was supposedly required. However, this information was not requested in the initial application and was included in the documents I provided before the loan was sent to lenders. While their reviews may look good, I advise others to be wary. and expect to do all the work for them to just get paid push your paperwork to lenders. without going thru, it to make sure all is well be for being sent.

My experience was amazing. Kim Do guided me very clearly and promptly through the process. I cannot begin to describe how easy she made everything and how much she helped me understand and walk through the process. My process was completed in a very timely manner and in a flawless way. Thank you!
