The company can improve by not scheduling the next appointment. The intake person reads off a script and is not knowledgeable. Scheduling a second appointment is not necessary if the fit isn't there. An email would suffice. Explore all options including local chambers of commerce.

I used FranFund to structure my franchise launch through a ROBS rollover, and Laura Franklin made a genuinely complex process feel manageable. From the first conversation, she was direct about what was involved, what the timeline looked like, and what I needed to do at each step. No vague reassurances, just clear guidance.

The ROBS process involves a lot of moving parts across attorneys, custodians, and the franchisor, and Laura kept everything coordinated without me having to chase anyone. She was responsive, proactive when things needed to move, and patient when I had questions about pieces of the structure I didn't fully understand yet.

We're now at stock issuance and transitioning to the TPA team, exactly where we're supposed to be and on schedule. If you're a first-time franchisee funding through retirement assets, FranFund is the right call. Laura specifically is someone you can trust to get it done right.

FranFund has been a great institute to help me facilitate my ROBs plan. From the start to the very end the team has been great. I worked closely with Robin and she is excellent to work with.

I have two sides of what i was doing, one was SBA and the other was setting up a ROBS account. The ROBS account with Robyn was smooth and easy, no problem. The SBA process however was terrible, there was no communicaiton, i didnt get any bank offers until i asked about it 14 days later. The two people i spoke to that got me to pay my money, I never heard from again. Would not reccomend anyone use FRAN FUND for SBA lending.
