Delay in the delivery and because of that no beds for a week, once unpacked, wrong parts, very annoying, will bring it to the store today. Helpdesk I couldn`t reach, needed to go again to the store and even there we`ve been waiting for 40 minutes, the worst customer service I have ever experienced

One of the ordered items was damaged. There was no protective packaging, items just thrown into a large box and poorly taped up, so box was not completely closed on arrival.

Easy to order. Woollen duvet ordered for someone who has feather allergy. Lovely warm duvet, beautifully made, and the delivery process went very well. Feather and Black get 5 stars!

The two young trainees were delightful, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Shara was very helpful and professional. She went out of her way to get all my items delivered on the same day as I’d purchased some items on line.
