This furniture is worth every penny. The sales assistant in Dreams was honest and saved us some money allowing us to wait for a discount day to buy instead of taking our money beforehand and paying more. Thanks

Gorgeous bed and great customer service

Solid easy to construct bed. Really pleased with design. This is the second bed in the same design I have had from F and B. The construction has been slightly modified from the original in that it is now even more solid. Delivery guys were great too, took of their shoes and took every thing upstairs for me.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and I wasn’t sent a message saying it had been delivered or a photo of the delivery. Fortunately the person who received it was honest and let us know. He returned to his house to find my bed leaning against a wall. Just as disappointing is the lack of response from customer services who haven’t responded to my concern/complaint. I haven’t yet assembled the bed so can’t comment but I’m hopeful it’s as lovely as it looked on-line.

Staff were great left to try all the mattresses never harassed and look at the frames and given all the assistance to place my order thanks.

Ordered a bed which was delivered damaged 6 weeks ago. They never respond to emails to customer services email address, currently sent 5 emails , eventually called waiting nearly an hour in the line . They replaced damaged foot end and assembled the bed but did not put washer on so bolts went straight into the frame . Bed unsecured and squeaks . Rung and spoke to someone who was going to send washers . Two weeks later no washers and no response from emails . Terrible service and very little customer service whatsoever.

The 10.5 Feather and Black duvet is the most comfortable I’ve ever had. It is a non-feather duvet, but feels just like a feather and down one. It is warm and drapes around one’s shoulders perfectly.

If I’d discovered them earlier I wouldn’t have had to buy non feather duvets for my daughter in law who is allergic to feathers, as well as our own feather duvets which until I tried this Feather and Black one, I far prefer.

The whole process from ordering to delivery was so smooth. The bed frame is good quality and delivery guys were super pleasant even asking if shoes were to be removed or covered whilst delivering.

If I could leave no star I would ! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this company ! They have been bought out by dreams . I ordered a bed , wardrobe and 2 side tables over 6 weeks ago , but have had 6 men from dreams , some have only been in the company for a week , no training on how to build wardrobes or feather and black beds , over 6 men , 3 visits over nearly 2 months , I still have an unbuilt sienna wardrobe ! They have sent another 2 guys today ( there best technicians apparently! ) o e has been at the job for 1 week , knew nothing about the history , and can’t build wardrobes , they have offered to take the whole lot back ! Which will leave me sleeping on the floor with no bed , wardrobe or side tables ……. STAY CLEAR

I placed an order in October 12th for £259, they took my money and no communication since (no updates, no communication that they don't have any stock - nothing). Last week I sent their customer service an email, got an auto reply they would come back to me... Nothing!
Called them yesterday, very nice lady in customer service who told she would come back and said it looked like they have stock of what i have ordered etc. Said she would email me during the day - and again nothing...
This is disgraceful behaviour and really not up to standard!

Visited the Canterbury store and encouraged to browse but assistance on hand when required. Knowledgeable and very helpful without a hard sell. Communication since visit has been honest ,supportive which resulted in my purchase !
