Ordered bedding 2 weeks ago. Have not received my goods nor had any communication from you regarding delivery.

Appalling communication from this company. After placing an order and waiting over 2 weeks for any updates I tried to resolve via Webchat which took nearly an hour to respond to say items may be out of stock. After another 3 days got email from delivery company saying items on way but received someone else’s order. Phoned and spoke to a representative who apologised saying would chase and reorder if necessary. Nothing arrived so called again as Webchat not responding and promised update by close of business but nothing once again. Finally called today and told they had had no update from warehouse and items now out of stock. Have therefore had to cancel and go elsewhere. So disappointed as products look beautiful I feel they really need to up their communication within this company or they will lose business.

İ ordered on the 27th of November and was ecstatic that I grabbed a bargain through the black Friday sales, I had been wanting wool duvets for my two sons for ages. Anyway I ordered and paid, got the confirmation email and waited patiently for my 'order despatched' notification and tracking number etc. Three weeks had passed and nothing! İt was only after I contacted them that I got a tracking number from an advisor, however that number didn't give me any information from Parcel Force. So the next day I contacted them again, only to speak to an advisor who told me that due to being out of stock they could refund me and that's why I hadn't hear anything from them! So not only did I not get any contact regarding this, but I was somehow given a tracking number for an order that wasn't even in stock (supposedly!) let alone be dispatched! How ridiculous is that?! You need to manage your stock and sales properly. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with this company and their service.

The quality of the furniture is to a really high standard, from the velvet headrests to the mattress and side tables. Tricia in the Taunton shop was super helpful and professional.
