The bed was assembled quickly and the replacement headboard was delivered and the men replaced the existing one . It all went very smoothly and all the men who came were very good

Superb customer service
I was exceptionally impressed with the staff when I dealt with them on the phone to place an order for a bed where delivery was time critical. She was a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very happy to help and it was so nice to speak to someone who was engaging and happy to talk and answer my questions properly and not just read from a script. When I rang back to order another bed she was just as helpful. Well done Feather & Black - if all customer service was like yours the world of retail would be a much better place!

Our furniture arrived at the time the delivery men said, they were so polite and respectful and took all the packaging away with them too 😀

I ordered the swatch for the headboard…
I ordered the swatch for the headboard material and that was delivered quickly and then the ordering of the bed was straightforward. The two delivery men arrived in time having given me an estimated time of arrival beforehand. They were efficient and courteous. There have been no issues with the bed so far. Thank you for your fast efficient service.
