Oh my gosh I Wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered from these guys. I have been working with Jay trying to get a correction on a order from 13 days ago. I had (wrong step placement) and I have been going back-and-forth with him where he keeps repeating himself asking me to do something I can’t figure out what he wants me to confirm when I finally get him to a point where I’m like I’m walking away I went to look up the reviews and find out it takes two months to get the cover so I go back to him tell him I’m canceling it and all of a sudden he’s like well it’s on its way and will arrive this weekend (last weekend) all you have to do is refuse it when it arrives. And now here it is 4 days after the weekend, still no pool cover. I’ve asked him several times for a tracking number and now he is straight up refusing to answer my question and just copying and pasting images of parts of our conversation. I expect more for a product that cost $860. Now I have to contact my bank tomorrow to help get this rectified because he refuses to respond to my concerns.

I have always received any product ordered from Family Pool Fun on time and it is good quality. Jay and the others are always courteous and helpful with their customer service. I will always buy from them

Pool family fun staff all very helpful kind and polite. It took five months for me to get my 16 by 32 oval above ground pool. But Yvette explain to me the reasons why it took so long. She told me to hang in there and I did. There not a scam. Totally legit. I love my new pool it is bad ass!!!

Absolutely horrible company. They never sent our product. When we called to find out why (we had an install scheduled with another company), they gave us the run around and then hung up on my husband the first time because she said he needed to call back to verify the email he already verified. He called back and she still kept giving him the run around and when he obviously got frustrated and said "what the f is going on and where is my money" (yes, he should not have cussed but at this point, this is getting insane) she hung up on him again. He calls back because they have our money and refused to send the product and a guy answers and absolutely cussed my husband out who was on speaker with our children in the room saying things like "aww look at the little boy using big words like f because he cannot control his temper. Maybe the little boy needs to call his mommy." And then hanging up. We tried to call back 5 more times and it wasn't until I called from my child's phone with a different area code that he answered the call. Though I never spoke to him, he berated me, told me I needed to smile, and treated me like I was absolute garbage. I have never in my life been treated this way by anyone, let alone someone in business. Even after I got of the phone, he continued to call my son's phone yelling and hanging up before I could even say a word. I'm am absolutely beside myself that a person in business would treat someone like this. Run away from these people as fast as you can. They need to be shut down.

I would give a zero if I could. Ordered a product on 7/28, was told it wouldn't be in stock until middle of August. They charged my credit card on 7/28, even though they had no product in stock! On 8/21 called to see when I would receive my item, was told they wouldn't have it in stock until middle of September. I said I want to cancel my order now. Was told I had to fill out a form on their website to cancel. Filled out the form immediately. Called my CC company to dispute the charge because didn't want to incur interest charges on something that should have never been charged, but now I had cancelled. They SHIPPED they item on 8/26!!! Called them on 8/31, when the item was delivered and said "I cancelled this on 8/21" - was told they didn't have a record of cancellation! I said, I just want to send the item back, tell me what to do. They said, you've filed a dispute with your CC company and we can no longer talk to you and hung up on me! Now I'm fighting with my CC company, don't want the item and just want to return it and have the charge credited. They should have never charged or shipped it in the first place. Please be ware, be very aware of these shady people. I will post this everywhere I can so people will know what kind of company they are dealing with.

These people are very shaddy - they 'work' out of their house. Google map the address they provide... When we called them directly to ask if they really had an item in stock, they said yes. I said so if we order today, you will ship out within 3 days? They said yes. Weeks later NOTHING. They have NO stock.

While it took a while to get my purchase which had to do with the supplier they were keeping me up to date with the reasons for the delay always polite professional and caring throughout the process
When the packages arrived they all made it together in good timing and they let me know if I had any needed assistance in the assembly or questions to not just give them a call and they'd be more then happy to assist all in all very happy with my purchase and my son loves the new entry system to our pool which is a big A+++++++

The worst customer service! Treated as though I owed them something.. Would even give them a star.. Buy elsewhere. You will be a lot happier.

Quality pools and great customer service, the pandemic made things a little annoying with shipping and short staffing than what should have been, but not the company's fault as it was going on everywhere.. but overall great experience with this company would highly recommend..

I wouldn’t even give a one star but had no choice, tried to cancel an order before it was processed by phone and was told I could only do that online. I did as requested again before it was processed! Called the customer service number three times and finally was sent return label and was told that since I canceled before processing there would be no fees. I was charged $35.55 would not and will not recommend!

Can I give Zero Stars? Worst service ever - seriously 15 phone calls - 7 e-mails, 3 complaints on their website, 18 photo's and a call to my credit card company and I still have no resolution - it's been 30 days since I received the wrong product - not only was the shipment late, but it was the wrong brand, style, color and what I got was a cheaper version - bait and switch. Now they won't help me with the returns - so mad I could spit Finally got a return label that says ship to me again - not to them. Scam after scam after scam - I've been hung up on, and told by a woman named Cierra that they would tell my credit card company that I refused to return the item. they are liars and cheaters and don't deserve to spend a little time in jail for fraud.

I was hesitant at first based off of the negative reviews but I ordered my pool anyway. My pool and accessories came in perfect condition and shipped exactly when it said it would! I did have to call to find out the status of my pool but other than that I would recommend using Family Pool Fun!

Purchase and delivery were great. No complaints at all.

I bought a pool kit in April which includes a liner. Got the pool in May with no liner. Got a email from Evett saying liner would be hear in 3 to 4 weeks. Here I'm at August 27 still no liner or any update on it. Called to day and inquired about liner. Was told I would have to submit a request to get a request # before they could tell me anything. Even thought they took my $$$ and a order # isn't good enough. I have to go fill out a form. What a joke. I found the liner thru Dohenys. It will be here in 2 days. Will never use this company again. Will go thru Dohenys for everything else I need. Family pools customer service was rude and I could barely understand what she said. Thru with this company. I've been nice thru this whole experience and was treated like it was my fault. I shouldn't have to request a # for a product they have been paid for. Got me doing all the work. So may god have mercy on the owners soul cause I don't. I know I will never receive a liner even though I paid for it. Shouldn't be selling products u don't have. I pray ever night that this company goes bankrupt. Cause u reap what u sow in life.

They were very helpful when ordering my pool. Made great suggestions, such as adding insulation to the pool walls. We used the almost everyday and didn't have any problems.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

My husband called today to get help with setting up our pool. He was speaking with a woman and she wasn't quite understanding his question. A man in the background thensaid very loudly "are you f****ing stupid?!" to my husband.

It turns out the guy who said that, is the supervisor. My husband immediately hung up the phone. We stared at each other in disbelief and called back. The supervisor immediately started talking over us. He would not let us get one word in. Not ONE WORD. The supervisor told us he would send the audio recording of the initial phone call. He kept ranting and ranting and eventually said he changed his mind and is NOT going to send the recording because "nothing can happen to someone for swearing anyways". Sounds like an admission of guilt to me.

I cannot believe a supervisor would speak this way to customers. The fact that he would not try to resolve this issue and constantly spoke over us and denied everything makes us not even want to have this pool.

We will be doing everything in our power to return this pool. We will be reporting this business to every outlet available.

Do yourself a favor, buy a pool from literally anywhere else.

I called FamilyPoolFun to find out if the pool we wanted was in stock and it was. The lady said it would be 5 weeks until we would receive the pool. We did order the EZ Sunday 15' round pool. In the online web page it stated that the pool came with a free automatic pool cleaner and it did.
The pool arrived almost 2 weeks early, the packaging was perfect. My family all came over to help us grade the spot we wanted for the pool. Family fun time in 90 degree heat.
We took the pallet apart and took all the boxes to the back yard. The instructions are very clear but it did take all 6 of us to put the pool up. Every piece was clearly marked in the instructions. It went together a little slowly at first but we are very happy with the pool.
I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will buy from them again.

Thank you for saving my summer. Pools have been difficult to find and you had one that fit the bill. Also, even with fees, your price was excellent. I'm glad I upgraded to the beaded liner, that installed without a hitch. I did hit a hiccup with the top rails but, when I called, you had someone there to explain what I needed to do. Thank you again!
