I had an issue with a rumbling sound from the tyre. Took my car in at 0930 & found out shortly after that it wasn’t a repair that was needed but a readjustment to somebody else’s dodgey work. They sorted it for me straight away. I can’t thank them enough, making sure my car was safe for my family!

Phoned re: warning light on dashboard. Got booked in same day. Diagnosis done. All explained and dealt with within couple of hours.

I was booked in for 2 tyres to be replaced but previous mobile tyre fitter had broken the locking nut and the lads went above and beyond to assist in getting tyres off and changed so I can travel.to work. Lovely friendly team and this was towards the end of the day and they still went above and beyond.. highly recommend the staff and company

The staff were amazing, they are always super helpful and take the time to explain what might be wrong with my car and give the best advice and fix the issue. I moved further away but always travel to come to this branch as they are the best mechanics. QAYS and the mechanic that helped me fix my tyres I want to say thank you and will always recommend your branch for any car issues to anyone.

Just moved to the Welwyn area and had a problem with one of four brand new tyres fitted at a garage near my previous address.
Formula One Autos at Stevenage were very helpful and within the hour had found the problem - faulty valve!! Back on the road with no charge and a big smile from the staff. I know where they are and they will be first on my list if I need anything for my car in the future.

My husband and I were on our way home with our weekly food shop, when our bonnet open warning alert started sounding. The bonnet was firmly shut and google had no answers....We pulled in and asked the brilliant Dean, Chris and Martin if they could help. With a little bit of creative thinking and applying their priceless skills and expertise they correctly diagnosed the problem (corroded sensor) and gave us a quick fix to get us safely home without the sensor alert.

DROVE IN TO DEPOT AS TYRE PRESSURE WENT DOWN FAST ON THE A1 BUT WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD DO NOTHING AS THEY WAS CLOSING AND THIS WAS HALF AN HOUR BEFORE THEY WERE CLOSING SO NOT HAPPY AND WAS TOLD TO USE LIQUID WHAT CAME WITH CAR UNTIL I GET A NEW TYRE.....SO WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE

Had a light flash up on the dashboard for tyre pressure low so pulled into Stevenage London Road to ask if they can check the tyres for me.I was greeted by a lovely young man called Qays who was very helpful and efficient and explained everything and advised to get a new tyre very soon.

Awful Customer Service, very condescending on the phone. Took my business elsewhere and will never entertain or refer anyone to this place.
