Be careful what you say when enquiring…

Be careful what you say when enquiring about making a potential claim as they log it as an ‘incident’ even though you don’t make a claim. Although they say it doesn’t affect your no claims it does affect future quotes, which they don’t tell you, even though you don’t actually make a claim. Poor customer service.

Awful Customer Service

Awful Customer Service, very condescending on the phone. Took my business elsewhere and will never entertain or refer anyone to this place.

Helpful and accommodating

Took it to the room I wanted it in as I’m unable to lift heavy objects as I’m pregnant. Very helpful and accommodating.
