MY FIRST EXPERIENCE OF USING THEM (25TH NOVEMBER 25). I HAVE TO SAY, WAS IMPRESSIVE.
FIRST PHONE CONTACT- FRIENDLY AND POLITE.
THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.
THEY ALSO TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WORK WAS NEEDED ON MY CAR. THE NEXT DAY, MY CAR WAS READY FOR COLLECTION.
THEY CARE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY AND ARE HELPFUL TOO.

Excellent service for an MOT and Full service as usual from Rugby branch of Formula One. Staff are always polite and helpful. I particularly appreciate that they always explain what work is needed and give costings before it is carried out.

I had an amazing experience with Formula1 Garage in Rugby. The team was professional, honest, and really went above and beyond to make sure my car was in perfect shape. A cold and wet september day and a nail has ruined my evening at 17:55. Luckily for me I’m close to Formula 1 rugby. As I park up the team clearly finishing up for the day but Sean made time for my little problem and arranged to get may car sorted an no time at all 5 stars isn’t enough for this team truly exceptional service 5 mins from closing with me back up on the road in no time at all.

It's sometimes tricky to find a garage that doesn't treat you like you are stupid as a woman by herself, but I can highly recommend everyone I spoke to here. I will now be using them for everything car related. Thank you so much!

needed a tyre for my capri ,195/60 x13, they bent over backwards trying to find one in that size but it seemed that size is no longer available anywhere. i decided to go to 205/60 x13 and these were a bit easier to find,so ordered 2 and came next day and were fitted that morning. staff really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. can really recommend. ps forgot to mention Adam who really helped a lot

Two new front tyres, screen washer top up and winter check. Latter two free, given advice re battery and rear wiper blade, no hard sell and good value on new tyres.
Would recommend staff helpful and booking etc excellent.

Needed to have the tracking on my Lexus looked at after having 2 front lower arms fitted after I felt a bit of a tremble on the steering wheel at speed.
Also had a rear tyre going down after a few days. Turned out I had a small screw in the tyre.
The tracking on the front was out a fair bit so that was brought back into normal parameters.
No tremble now.

The team at the Rugby Branch always provide a professional and reliable service supplying and changing tyres. Always friendly, polite, accommodating and deliver on commitments. 100% recommend.

I had an initial problem as ordered two tyres online with a visit to rugby scheduled for 4 days later. However only one tyre arrived with them and I was informed only when they were about to start the work, which was disappointing as I have to do a 40 mile round trip. Shaun handled the issue with professionalism and as best he could to my satisfaction and was very helpful and friendly throughout and a credit to F1. I returned later in the week for the other tyre to be fitted and left happy and will use this branch again, when things go wrong its how a company handles these things that shows their worth, or not, in this case the customer service received from F1 and Shaun in particular was excellent. This is a head office or website issue and not the fault of the Rugby branch in any way. Four stars not Five due to the fact I remain unhappy with the online service who should have emailed, phoned or text me as they have all my details to inform me they could not supply both tyres on the day I had booked, thus saving me a journey and a wasted half a day off work. Yet I had, and still have had no communication from them in anyway, which is a shame.

Went in for a full tracking check and front wheel alignment, including tyre swap. Whole team were polite and professional, Kept me informed of progress, with no hidden surprises re extra charges etc. Will recommend to family & friends.

Had booked full service for two cars and the customer service, communication was excellent. Timely delivery would visit again and highly recommend

Fantastic job by the team in Rugby today. Saw me quickly and identified the problem with my tyres and had them fixed in under 10 minutes! Couldn’t have been nicer on the phone or in person. Thanks

Bought 2 new tyres from this centre and 1 tyre was loosing the air. After my complains on their website i have been contacted by phone and went back to the garage. Wheel was taken off and checked. The air was leaking around the rim meaning that the person who fit my wheels didn't clean the rust particles on the rims ( this should be always done, but many workers in garages don't bother to do it) and because of that my tyre was getting flat. They fix it for me today and in a day or two i will see if it has been done properly or not.

Always remaind them to clean your rims/ alloys before they fit your tyres on!

Small team at rugby but always on hand to assist. Puncture this morning I just turned up knowing Shaun and the team would look to fit me in without any issues. After a quick puncture repair and a check of the car Shaun helped source me two new tyres that will be fitted at the weekend. I'm a high mileage driver and could be described as a regular to this garage and do so in the knowledge that Shaun and the team will provide me with a great service each and ever time.

The best garage I have taken my car so far in so many years. Great customer service and expertise. Fair cost, excellent quality. They are always willing to help and to find a space to fit you in case of any emergency. I can’t recommend them enough. I am so happy to find a reliable place where to get my car checked all year round.

Great service from everyone. Very polite, got the job done quick very helpful. Had my drop link done on my Corsa. Was unsure the problem but could spot the problem straight away and get it sorted.
