I use to be happy with their service until they increased monthly direct debit without any justification. I didn't own them any money at all so there was no reason whatsoever to do this! I feel scammed by them, feels like we need now some cash so let's take from people and if we have to well return it . Cheaper than borrowing from the bank. Remember they are families which needs those money somewhere else instead paying you more than they use and then wait to get that back from you! Disappointed

Im getting mad and frustrated with their sales team from India. My profile clearly states that i don't wish to be contacted for sales purposes and they keep calling me daily multiple times. Sometimes 5 or 6 calls a day. I will start asking for names and white them down. This is clearly a harassment and if this doesn't stop i will put Virgin media on the court becauseif this! Im so angry on this company and i may stop using them as soon as my contract is done!

Used bus 460 Coventry to London Victoria and toilet doors lock broken resulting to doors open and shut/ slamming constantly all the time fir a whole journey. Annoying,
i couldn't sleep because of that and bus was at 05:35 am from Coventry The usb charging sockets not working in the back as well. Journey back to Coventry was OK, better bus but no chargeable sockets!

Bought 2 new tyres from this centre and 1 tyre was loosing the air. After my complains on their website i have been contacted by phone and went back to the garage. Wheel was taken off and checked. The air was leaking around the rim meaning that the person who fit my wheels didn't clean the rust particles on the rims ( this should be always done, but many workers in garages don't bother to do it) and because of that my tyre was getting flat. They fix it for me today and in a day or two i will see if it has been done properly or not.

Always remaind them to clean your rims/ alloys before they fit your tyres on!
