As always great service and honesty, won't go anywhere else

Booked a Service for the 08/11/25 , then noticed the confirmation had jumped to my car's MOT date 06/12/25 . thought that's a bit strange as 1000% booked with my partner for 08/11/25 , we were surprised they could do it so quick , they even offered next day !
Once I noticed , I contacted the Customer services , they told me to contact the Eastbourne Branch , i did , to met with quite an abrupt Scots man on the phone , who didn't care about the original booking , but did offer the 15th .
The small and short of it , they never worked on the car, as I decided not deal with them , no apology whats so ever about , I clearly booked for a service , and their system , thought lets make it for the MOT date, I wonder why ?

Steve was fantastic and the service was amazing. Would recommend everyone to use Formula One in Eastbourne.

What a lovely team - it was at the end of the day that I discovered one of my tyres had a puncture. They must have been wanting to close down for the day, however they were so kind, looked at it straight away and found the problem. They didn’t try to sell me a new tyre, they just repaired it, balanced the wheel and charged me only a very modest amount for doing so. Aa a single woman, I could easily have been ripped off by a less reputable garage but they were lovely, helpful and honest.

Excellent as always. They don't rip you off or try to upsale, they just do what you've asked and always a quick and friendly service.

Steve was very friendly and helpful. Have used the garage twice now and will always use you from now on.

I used Eastbourne Formula One today for my cars MOT. The service was first class and staff both helpful and friendly. I have now booked my interim service with them.

Got great advice and great service having all 4 tyres replaced on my Qashqai.
Person I booked with was very helpful explaining about tyres and Steve the manager was great when collected car.

The guys at Formula 1 in Eastbourne are second to none. Genuinely the most helpful garage and they take their time to explain things. 5 star all round, would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service in Eastbourne, went in with an urgent tyre repair, they fitted me in straight away and fixed it in 30mins getting me back on the road, what great service and recommended to me by the not so friendly and unhelpful kwik fit next door 👍

My son’s VW polo failed MOT emissions test at another garage. Simon at Eastbourne F1, answered the phone enquiry for exhaust repair. Having carried out works and past emissions in the workshop. We retested elsewhere, but failed due to oil burning. Simon at F1 took the car back and began investigating. Following various works they helped us resource an engine and installed, due to piston rings failure. Simon using F1 MOT centre did a new MOT test which passed successfully. I can only thank on behalf of my son, who has limited funds to run a vehicle. This would have likely been too costly elsewhere, but Simon and his colleagues gave so much assistance to help, we are all so pleased that F1 Eastbourne was our choice for the initial works. There are good people and companies out there. Well done F1, we’re be back.

Had 4 new Goodyear 4 seasons Run flat tyres fitted today for my BMW 1 series , The Technician and manager were very friendly, helpful and professional, the job was completed within 1 and half hours , must add , had a very competitive price and F1autocentre came good on a price promise guarantee , would most certainly recommend , well done keep up the good work , a very happy customer .

Had my Mini Cooper S in for a full Service last week , Steve and the guys fabulous , work was done on time to a high standard and good price.

Daughter took her car here last week for MOT and service. Our normal mechanic was fully booked so appreciated that they could get her sorted.
However when she picked car up she noticed a bubbling noise. But was unsure what it was and as she trusted that the garage had just serviced it she wasn't to worried until few days later when coolant light came on. She checked paperwork an on the service sheet that it would of been checked on service. She called up garage to ask and they said they didn't touch the coolant. (Bit odd considering it says on service sheet that it would of been checked) .

Wont be using them again

Wow what can I say? Booked my car in for a new clutch based on reasonable price and good reviews.
My car caused quite a bit of grief with one problem and another causing it to take longer than anticipated, but still paid the original quoted price. Some places would have charged for the extra labour but not Simon and his team! Thank you, you will definitely be seeing me again!
