Suraj was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Home service is so easy and convenient. Will use again.

I phoned Saturday and said the car had a fault. A patrol man was due to come out and then I received a phone call saying that the patrol man wouldn't have the necessary tooling and I was advised that for £99 a mobile mechanic would repair the car and I would only have to pay for the parts with a 12 month guarantee. The mobile mechanic hasn't really diagnosed the fault let alone repair it. I have paid £99 for nothing. I was told it would save me having to take it to the garage. I think this is bad practice and I want my money refunded

From start to finish the service was excellent and so simple to arrange. I was updated each step of the way and Shaun arrived on time and was a pleasure to meet. I would definitely use this service again it was fabulous not to have to leave the house!!

Have got the MOT at the end of the month and having just had a hip replacement, I was unable to get the car serviced as I would normally do. Found this to be a fantastic service that took a lot of the worry and angst away from getting the car serviced and checked before the MOT.

Cancelled less than 24 hours before they were due with no explanation. Leaving me in real difficulty The diagnostic was done on the 28th July. They arranged the repair for the 4th August. I received an email on the 3rd and a text message confirmation. This was followed by a voice mail also on the 3rd cancelling with no reason and less than 24 hours before they were due. It is ironic that had I been the one to cancel with less than 24 hours notice I would have incurred a cost. When I rang them they told me the car had to go to a garage. It would not have taken nearly a week to find that out. They could have advised much earlier and should not have told me they could do it in the first place. I now have no transport for another week which places me in difficulty. I told the mechanic at the time that it was urgent.

The mechanic was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Lovely guy!
