Fantastic service
Technician arrived on time let me know in advance of his arrival. He was knowledgeable and explain what he was going to do and completed the service promptly. He gave me follow up support and I was really pleased with the overall service I received. Would absolutely get a home service again.

I had various warning lights on and…
I had various warning lights on and nothing was done about that. I was expecting some kind of investigation and report but by nothing. It lists road test but that was not carried out which unfortunately did not flag up worn out front brakes. And I was expecting the brakes to be sorted out as the service schedule showed (or maybe I got that wrong). If I had taken the car to a garage, I would have been advised if I wanted the repair then. Overall I was advised some parts were replaced - no idea what was replaced.

Home service
Had a service done at my home. Jake ID 8363 was very efficient and completed the task in about 45mins on my electric corsa. Very happy with the booking process and prompt arrival time. Would use again next year especially with the 50 percent discount via the website.

Cannot recommend enough!
Jay Elliott (8789) was prompt, polite and saved us a lot of money! We had been told by Halfords that over £1200 worth of work needed to be done to our brakes. Rather than just going along with this to make money Jay and the RAC showed us some of the parts that needed to be”replacing” and assured us that not all of the work that Halfords claimed needed to be done was actually required, honesty isn’t something you always get when it comes to cars! In the end we only had to pay £320 thanks to his honesty and didn’t even have to leave home as they did the repair here! Never using Halfords again and cannot recommend the RAC enough!!!! Thank you Jay
