Tracking made by A1 Formula1 Dartford . I realised this problem 2 days ago when i went to a anoter service garage for regular service.

The front tyre was worn inside

I call them but they were very rude with me and they also refuse to fix the problem.

I do not recommend !!!

Ive booked online my cars MOT for 11.00.I arrived there 10.30 and they tried to convice me that my appoitment was 09.00 and i was late and lost my appoitment.After i saw them my confirmation e-mail that my appoitment was 11.00 they refused to work on my car with silly excuses.Ive been offered to rebook but these people are not trustfull.Im hoping that i will have my refund,cause nobody cared enough.

Brilliant service, helpful staff, has made me think twice about my old garage I use to use.

First visit to formula 1 autocentre, would definitely use them again. Great service, prompt and friendly staff

Not happy with the performance. I have been told that mot failed due to turbo problem and one tyre cut. Take the charge of £35 to diagnose turbo issue and told me that to change tyre,which I have done cost £350 including diagnostic check and handed me the car, told me that mot passed. After few hours, engine sign is coming up and when I approach them, they told me that, they can’t change the turbo at their garage and suggest to take it to halford autocentre. I am not happy at all, if they couldn’t fix that issue, they could have instantly gave it to me and recommended to halford. I am not using their service anymore.

Booked 4 wheel alignment for 89£. Unfortunately technician didn't check even tyres pressure before. Alignment need to be done again, but not at F1.

I pay upfront my regas aircon,put my reg. And it seems was OK. So I went to the garage give my registration again 🙄. And I left. I'm been called 2 hrs later ,and I'm been told that my car was too old for .......the gas they got or the system. Question,why I'm been told immediately that they can not do it. Plus I spend £6.45 for the taxi. I'm not impressed. The lady offer me Chatham, but was to expensive.

Just avoid. Their booking system is clearly wrong and needs fixing. I booked an MOT for Sunday and the guy turned up absolutely fuming and going at me about how it was his day off and how he’s got a new born baby at home. Not really sure how this was my problem and if it was such a problem all they had to do was call and rearrange on another day??? Not that difficult is it. He also told me if it failed he won’t be sticking around to retest it so I “best keep my fingers crossed”. Absolutely disgusting attitude and behaviour if you ask me and to top it off I didn’t even get a call to say it was ready to be picked up, I had to check online on the government website to see if it had passed or failed. When I got there to pick my car up the place was empty and quiet yet they was “too busy to call”. I’ve used this company for years but definitely won’t be in the future and neither will my family and friends. That’s already 8 customers they’ve lost because of their poor attitude and behaviour just beyond nasty. I refuse to be spoken to like a piece of sh** for their inadequacy to sort out their online system issues!!! Will definitely be putting a complaint into their head office!

Quick update…. Completed the customer care form I was asked to fill in and nothing has come from it :) :) :) :) no one has contacted me so really validates everything.

All good for my car tyre fitting and time.

Booked Service. They said do I need specialist oil so I said no as my car is a Toyota Aygo, not a Ferrari. When I arrived they said to me, and everyone else in the queue getting a service to pay extra £20 as it needs specialist oil, not mineral 10/40. I asked what car does not need specialist oil and they said only cars 10 years old or some Fords. So everyone gets to pay extra £20 over price they paid on line.

Took my car (70 plate) in for a service and even paid extra for the oil, also confirming that they were competent enough to service new cars. When i got my car back i was told that the car service was done and all was good. However when I was returning i realized the service light was still blinking. I returned back to them the next day only to be told that they were not equipped with the gadget to reset the service light. This was loads of rubbish. I was told i had to take my car to mercedes now. So why was i not told this in the first place when they took my car in. A week later i had an Engine oil reduced sign on when I was driving down the motor way. This was nothing but scary and I was super upset. How can a car that was given in for a service come up with a warning such as this? I called them to ask them if "IF THEY HAD EVEN DONE A SERVICE OF MY CAR" OR HAVE I BEEN CHEATED". I was then given a number of a customer service; i was upset and frantic. I called the number and the lady told me to take a but and then told me someone would get back to me soon .... However later in the afternoon i realized they had sent me an email. I had no clue that in such situations as well they did not have the courtesy to call their customer to let them know. The email said "Take a picture of the warning light". I was livid and later went to my car and put on my ignition but no warning light appeared again. I then checked had someone local to check my car and they confirmed that the oil was ok for the moment and the car was safe to drive. i called them the next and they told me again that someone would call me back regarding the service of the car as i am still in very much doubt that my car was not serviced at all., I again received an email from them to inform me that they do not have the tools to reset the warning light and they cannot do anything about it and it was in their fine print.

This is absolutely absurd and very unprofessional. i regret dealing with these people at all and the level of customer service is appalling. So if you have a new car please read the fine lines or you will be scammed by them. I am still in doubt if any service to my car was even done and i was just cheated.

VERY UPSET AND DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED

Visited the Dartford branch, bought two tyres, changed the brake fluid, all good, everything on time, would recommend. (The tyre alignment machine was out of action, prior notification would have been nice).
