Cambridge Histon Road: Mathew at this branch was excellent. I arrived early and he was right on to replacing my tyre and giving me some good advice re the wear. He was incredibly busy but was still attentive. I had no delay (has happened in the past) and was on my way quickly. Many thanks Mathew and will use again

I booked my car in for a service dropped the keys off and Owen said he would phone me to advise me of any work that needed doing when they had completed the service. Sure enough he phoned and advised me of what needed doing and to get the go ahead. I collected my car and Owen went through the bill with me. Fantastic customer service from Owen from start to finish.

The staff were very friendly and professional and fixed my indicator for free. They were able to offer an appointment the same day as I booked it. The whole thing was done very quickly and I was only waiting a few minutes in the waiting room. This is consistent with other experiences I have had with them.

Had my car serviced and MOT’d at F1 on Histon Road, Cambridge — great experience from start to finish! A big shout out to Brian and Andy for their fantastic service. Both were really friendly, helpful, and professional. The work was done quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest, reliable service.

Avoid the Cambridge garage (Barnwell Road).They dangerous.
They had my car for a wheel alignment and was terrible. First they make it worse,after I took the car back they burn the gaiter not even let me know.Ok so after they said they will fix their mistake but they lost my wheel locked nut key and I do believe that was plan so they can't change the gaiter .When I try to talk with the manager him told me to leave the shop and not come back. Horrible behaviour some members of staff they told me to avoid this garage. So not much to say about that.

Their service is always polite, professional and quick. Where other tyre suppliers could not source and get and fit the tyres quickly, formulae 1 did so and fitted me in the next morning. You can see they are trained well in customer service.

I would never recommend this tyre shop in Cambridge. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. Their service is very poor — I’ve had issues with aircon gas filling and tyre pressure, and they’ve ignored me several times when I asked for help. The staff are irresponsible and unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time and money here.

The mechanics were useless, they were too lazy to work, they did the wheel alignment from third time because they couldn't unscrew the nut from the axle link, they make me change a link where is not necessary. And they also charge me £50 on the front wheels alignment like for all four wheels. Avoid this place

Very quick and efficient on-line booking system at a great price that was well below the competition. For my area I only had to wait a few days for my appointment. On the day of MOT my car was immediately worked on and completed quickly. Good service all-round, will use again.

I find this garage to be excellent. The staff are genuinely decent and the work is top notch.

Usually, I don't recommend places, but these chaps are very good!

The only thing i would mention is that because my car has tyre pressure sensors built into the valve body they change the core of the valve, not the body, do it looks like they have not changed the valve but they have changed the important part.

perhaps they could tell customers that as it initially looks like they have missed changing the valve

Efficient pleasant and thorough reliable service

I've used Formula One on Histon Road several times over the last 3 years and have always found the manager and members of staff to be very polite and always willing to help in any way they can. I turned up on Saturday 11th January as I had a slow puncture on my rear tyre. I was told unfortunately that they were very busy and could not fit me in but to return at 10am the next day. I re-visited the next day and they fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this Formula One centre.

It was discovered during my MOT 3 days after my service that the break pads were put in backwards!! Thankfully the MOT was changed to a separate day, or I wouldn’t have known!

Everything went swimmingly, and the staff was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend them.

After experiencing a blown tyre on the A14 in rush hour, we managed to "limp" to the Formula One Garage in Histon Road with the help of the RAC at 5.30pm. I cannot praise Owen, the assistant manager enough for kindly staying late and replacing the tyre that had melted onto the alloy, ensuring that we managed to get on our way and make the 30 + miles home safely. Owen could not have been more helpful, polite and selfless, an asset to Formula one !! .. ps price was very reasonable too.
