I booked my car in for a service dropped the keys off and Owen said he would phone me to advise me of any work that needed doing when they had completed the service. Sure enough he phoned and advised me of what needed doing and to get the go ahead. I collected my car and Owen went through the bill with me. Fantastic customer service from Owen from start to finish.
