Super helpful staff!

Product is good and in stock but...
Product is good and in stock. On the downside i forgot to ask whether the old mattress was taken back at delivery so i phoned. Staff couldnt take query or answer question. I was promised a callback. No callback. Then the delivery guy put black handprints on my new mattress when removing the plastic. They came off with a bit of effort with a wet wipe but still.

It was a very easy decision,we knew exactly what we wanted and were delighted to know that it was there on the floor as a demo model and would be coming soon into stock. You were the first place that we started in and we're very happy. Leo was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to go through all the measurements with me carefully and even measured everything out so I felt comfortable that the furniture would fit my room properly.
He also gave me the brilliant advice of laying out the measurements with masking tape so I could visualise the layout in my space before purchasing. That was such a helpful tip and made the decision so much easier.
