Items out if stock even after booking them 6 months before
Only when the delivery guys came in, they told me 2 items in the order are out of stock and 1 item is a small appliance and needed to be picked up from the store. Why wasn't I told about this when booking or when I picked up other small appliances from the store? I booked all items and made advance payment in Nov 2025. 2 star is because the items that were delivered was installed correctly to my satisfaction.

Mac mini M4 at a great price.
Mac mini in the configuration I wanted had a waiting list almost everywhere. It was available as "ex display" from Harvey Norman at anbeatable price. Fast delivery and product received packaged and new. Great service.

This was my first time buying something…
This was my first time buying something online through Humm. I wasn’t familiar with the entire ordering process, but it took about two days. Who helped and answered any questions i had. I returned yesterday with the confidence to order what i wanted and again had the pleasure of being helped by Mark.
