Lovely store and lovely staff
I had a very enjoyable experience in this store. From the minute I stepped in the door I felt good vibes. The displays were very well presented and the staff made us feel welcome in a relaxed manner. One of the staff behind the counter said hello which is rare in most stores. We were looking for a mattress and after spending some time looking around we were approached by Darren. He was very helpful and professional
He asked if we needed his help. We said we were looking for a new mattress. He asked us if we had tried any of them yet. We said no . He recommended we try some out and also pointed out the information tags the described their levels of firmness etc. We haven't seen these types of tags in any other stores so this was a nice help.
We did find a mattress we liked but we wanted to have a look around. Darren gave us a quote. We returned the next day and his colleague Serena ran the order for us. The staff were very friendly throughout both our visits and we will definitely be back in the future .

Great assembly service
Gary and Dean were extremely professional and completed the assembly of our new bed perfectly. They notified us a half hour in advance so we'd be aware they were on their way and when they were here they took care of everything. Couldn't ask for more

Had a great experience
Had a great experience there met with sales executive Serena Dowling who showed me around and advised me on all the different sofa beds they had and I was also looking for an egg chair and coffee table. And thanks to Serena we got exactly what we were looking for that lady deserves a promotion.

We got the help of ciara daly
We got the help of ciara daly. She was so helpful with choosing pir first sofa. We chose the cloud and she showed us the longer one and smaller by moving the sofa around. She was full of such helpful information. We bought the sofa and she went through all the details so clearly. Then about 2 weeks later we had to go back to get the smaller sofa instead. Ciara again was super helpful and gave us the store credit which we used to buy a bedframe which she too went through the best version of them. I was so impressed by her kindness and patience with us. Brilliant employee. Deserves bonus.

Great experience
We had a really great experience in the Liffey Valley store with Eimear. We bought a table for our kitchen. At some stage we needed a smaller one and they were very stress free about exchanging the size. Staff are always nice when we have gone into the store since and they usually have a great selection of products.

Treasure trove...
EZ LIVING Interiors is a gorgeous store with beautiful stock. The staff are lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable. I showed Ciara Daly a photo of my room and style I liked and she helped me curate a some lovely changes to enhance the room. Highly recommend for quality of products and staff. It's becoming my one stop shop.

Stay away form this company
I got my new sofa in end of June didn't unpack till July the 8th as was getting the room done up . Well when I opened it had a dent in the arm and all cushions were terrible stitching all pulled I spent a lot off money on the sofa and still waiting on a new sofa 3 months later and 31 email would not recommend this company.

To clarify the situation, our Customer Care team arranged for an independent third-party company to inspect your furniture. Following the inspection, it was confirmed that the issue was due to a manufacturing fault, which we promptly reported to the supplier.
A replacement has been arranged, and as this item is a special order made specifically to your preferences, the production and delivery process will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Once the replacement arrives at our distribution centre, we will organise delivery to your home address without delay.
